Though the store was busy, I got almost immediate help in setting up copying. The emplyee was helpful and friendly. The b/w copying cost was kess than 5 other stores I called.

Amazing experience! They were so helpful and took care of a situation where I needed stuff done for my job! Couldn’t have asked for better people or more amazing service!

This experience was an upgrade from the UPS on Columbia Rd: total opposite. I was in and out in less than 5 minutes. The clerk was very efficient. There was no line. And the manager was at the door scanning folks in.

I was attempting to send a package to Baton Rouge and had a miscommunication with one of the associates. She could have done more, but at the end of the day I was the responsible party. So the package was actually designated with an incorrect address and we were not sure if the correct party was going to get it. Again I signed off so I was ultimately responsible. That being said the management staff in the office could not have been more accommodating and helpful. They probably didn't need to be but they were. Ultimately the package got to where it was supposed to go and they couldn't have handled it any better. I will always use this location for my shipping needs.

All the people who have waited on me are very nice an efficient.They taped my items for me an print out my labels for my returns.They just faster at everything an i dont like to hold the line up.They are fast to with great customer service which is hard to come by these days..I only go to the Washington Rd one by Krogers .💜

Great customer service I was in and out under 10mins. Felicity and Dakota were experts at printing me labels I needed promptly and in a professional manner. These ladies work as a great team. Not too crowded, very clean space.

The young ladies working Saturday were extremely polite. Unfortunately, they had just encountered one of the nastiest customer attitudes due to the UPS Store being unexpectedly closed that day. These young ladies handled it with great decorum and professionalism. And they were very helpful and friendly to me. Thank you, ladies, and I hope your day got better.

My comment to other customers: though you may be having a bad day, please don't take it out on others. Your bad day is not justification to yell at anyone or treat someone cruelly.

The UPS store is a very friendly and professional place to pick up or drop off your goods. The person that served me was quite kind and helped me with my Amazon return rather fast. They move lines quickly. I would definitely recommend anyone to use them for your shipping needs.

Woow! I was very surprised by the service I received at this UPS. So fast and efficient! There was so many people behind the desk, the line went by so quickly and I was in and out in less than 10 mins. Also the lady, Heather was so patient with my order and was soo sweet. Customer service is above average, they're friendly, helpful and quick. I have been there before and it has been a great experience.

I've used their service for various printing needs since they opened on Washington Road the first time. I live in Charlotte, NC now and I still have printing orders for clients in Augusta. It costs me far less to use these fine professionals and have the clients pick up their orders there than to do it here and ship it. Very efficient and far better than FedEx Office in that the quakity is great, the prices are an all around low and they greet you and bid you farewell with a smile. Can I give them more than 5 stars, please?

The UPS in Aug, GA on Washington rd by Kroger is absolutely awesome..You never have to wait long the customer service is outstanding

They're very nice and pretty fast. They try to accommodate. I couldn't figure out what was wrong with my amazon account and they tried to give me other solutions. They were pretty patient and nice.

These ladies are very efficient, professional, and kind. They greet every single person that walks through the door. And I have never waited more than 10 minutes, even when they're at their busiest. Great place!

Heather took my box and shipping label mailed it no problem. In under one minute I was out the door. The ups store on Colombia wanted $42 because they refused to use the box I had that was perfect. Thank you Heather.

Quick and easy! I needed to print a label and send back a package and they were SOOOO friendly and efficient with the return. Such a refreshment from my usual experience at the Gordon Hwy location
