Odd event; I had an "ear stroke" a couple of days ago losing all hearing in my R ear. I am in town on business only and need to leave for the airport in a couple of hours. My Dr back home called in 2 prescriptions to help me get home. The Pharmacist was on the 2 prescriptions almost immediately. They will have them filled before I need to leave town. I am so thankful!!! Strong work!!!

Every staff member who worked last night (1/15) deserves a bonus for showing up to work. This walgreens was the only place open after 5pm, & if it weren't for these folks who showed up to work a lot of people like me wouldn't have had any place to get essentials. Thanks everyone

Walgreen needs to know how lucky they are to have such a careing person. Whitney in Cosmetics goes above and beyond to make sure the customer gets what they need. thank you Walmart for find such a exceptional employee. Harrison D

Hello, this Walgreens stays open from 6:00am- 12:00pm. These hours let us all know they stay busy. They are located in the 💜 of tourism. I appreciate them for the diversity of items . They sale a lot of groceries. They sale make up💄, hair care products, exercise fitness support. They have kitchen products, and of course gum, plus chocolate. They are no longer just a traditional vitamin, and prescription filled drug chain. Guess what ? They have an excellent photo shop. These consist of reprints, and purchasing a passport. The only downside I see, is a lot of homeless people hanging out on occasion. They will solict money 💰 from you. I would check ✅ in there for various items. It was in the area of my frequent patrols 🚓. I was in charge of Coolidge Park Security 🏞. The upside is no serious incidents have occurred . This would sometimes puts the employees on edge. They are professional, and customer service focus . Walgreens will hire no less. Need a good job 💪 ? Need a blood pressure 😷 check ? What about a flu shot ? Need a request for a vitamin supplement ? What about a make over ? Do you need one 😊. They have an Outstanding Health and Beauty Dept. Check ✅ them out during Christmas Season 🎄. They have a lot of Holiday items to take your Christmas 🎁 to another level. It is fun store to shop in 😊, besides prescription and drugs refills. I 💕 Chatt Town. Mr. C.

Looks nice and clean. Good service. Driveway entry can be dangerous if cars are turning in and cars behind them forcing them to pull in really close.

Pleasant atmosphere and attentive employees. I came for Dr Pepper and found some headphones for gaming!! I would recommend this location and will definitely be returning.

I have been using Walgreens pharmacy for years.
Just started using this Walgreens because I moved to Chattanooga TN from Cleveland.
All The staff in the pharmacy will go above and beyond for you. They are the most amazing, nice, helpful, generous men and women I have ever met.
I will always use this Walgreens for all my pharmacy needs! A Big THANK YOU! To each and every one of you! I was not well after my surgery
But your smiles made the difference in my day.

Several months ago Pharmacy Manager and other main pharmacist (retired) and Andrew (mgr, now at 24hr East Ridge store) there's been several pharmacy Staff quit and getting back on their feet per say. Give them a chance and be patient. They really want to help you with friendly and efficient service. Just be aware of the situation and give extra time. Wouldn't hurt to follow up with your request before showing up and/or etc.
I'm sure Andrew was moved to make the East Ridge store as successful as I have seen him do at Market Street. Sometimes I think he should go back. Close friends of mine are having some of the same issues with ER store.

I give it a five star for the store being clean and fast friendly service. But I have to add this when I when to get me CV19 shot the person who gave it to me did not have gloves on and did not put a band-aid on after she gave me the shot something y'all should check out

Love my neighborhood Walgreen's! I've always had quick, great service, and I do use them for my pharmacy. They also have an exclusive parking lot, which is very nice for downtown North Shore!

I've been shopping here 4 years since I first came to UTC for college. Always friendly staff, especially Phillip Johnson. I swear he lives there but he's always in a good mood even at midnight and 6am. Thanks walgreens for being convenient and inexpensive

Always get great service here

A wonderful place. They have taken care of me for many years!! During this time they also get items from the store for me as I drive through. The people who get towed ........Read the signs. You are warned!!!!

Went in for a vaccine, pharmacist made me feel super comfortable and the process was very smooth!

This Walgreens is great. Every time I submit a prescription, it is always ready early. They are very helpful and efficient.

Great staff, very helpful, they went above and beyond to help me find items I needed. I definitely will return to this store.

Easy access to downtown and everything you'd need if you forgot to pack something for vacation.
