Kroger

Very clean store with everything placed where you can quickly find what you need. Also, all registers are utilized so you can get out quickly.

This Kroger Pharmacy is one of the best pharmacy’s I’ve ever used. The staff are always very friendly, courteous and willing to answer any questions you may have even when they’re very busy. Thank you for always being kind and caring when I’ve come in. You should definitely try this Pharmacy out for yourself.

This location of Kroger is one of my favorite grocery stores. They have a great deli, cheese bar, and bakery that does customizable birthday cakes. There's a good selection of meats and seafood on a normal basis. The produce section is full of mostly local fruits and veggies, which is nice. I also like that they have a little place to get sushi in the front by the deli. There's also a decent selection of Non GMO and organic food/produce, and some natural products. This store has a pharmacy and a little spot near the entrance to buy flowers and balloons. There's also a Starbucks inside. I like the convenience of the self checkout they have as well. The staff is usually pretty helpful too, and I've always had a good experience shopping here. Also, I love how they take they're high risk customers (whom may be sensitive to contracting COVID-19) such as seniors etc. into consideration, offering special hours that can be found on they're website or by calling they're phone number.

Hello. I do instacart and today I visit the store and forgot to tell the cashier shakeila (spellcheck, sorry) and she was so nice about the situation and made me feel good about the whole thing. She actually interacted with me instead of no communication at all. I appreciate her & thank you. This was for 03/20/2023 around 11:00am. I’ll love to have her as my cashier every time. ❤

I recently paid full price for the items I purchased and didn't realize it until I got home. I took my receipt to Tekeshia Baker at the service desk and she was so efficient and friendly. Seems my Kroger card has not been scanned when I checked out. Ms. Baker identified the problem immediately and gave me a full refund and a $5 gift card. I was most impressed.

Dear Kroger, Please find the pictured car buggy and bury it 12 feet deep in an undisclosed location so my wife wont force me to push my kids around in it! It has 6 wheels, only 4 touch the ground. Of the 4 wheels that touch the ground, 2 are perpendicular to my direction of travel. I realize Georgia does not require annual auto inspections, so I can understand one might not care. If the alignment issues doesnt matter then let's address the God awful sound one must endure to navigate this thing. If you can imagine what a female moose in heat sounds like at 130dbs, then you know half of pain of the audible torture this thing inflicts. Just my thoughts, but the kids somehow love it!

5 stars because you guys save me money on gas and your vanilla coffee creamer doesnt taste like it came from a Dupont chemical plant!

Fast service. I visited the deli. Chicken was fresh and hot.

Pharmacy has good prices. Meats,deli,coffee shop, fired chicken very good. Shop is very clean and nicely arranged . You'll enjoy shopping there. Kroger come back to South Augusta.

Now only is this a great shopping for groceries and many other items they have great dinners. Discounted gas and wonderful employees. I have been going to Kroger for many years and enjoy using my Kroger card.

It's always a great experience

It was a good experience. I've gotten accustomed to Kroger being a pleasant shopping experience - I've literally never had issues with them in the 8+ years I've been shopping with them. I particularly enjoy their managers specials (discounts on goods they are trying to push). Prices are suprisingly competitive. I enjoy shopping here alot.

Sometimes it's the little things that make a difference. It was raining and I ran from my car to the front doors. The employee that was gather carts was wet, but happily greeted me and asked how I was doing... a genuine question... not a passing by gesture. Seemed happy to be there, I know that can't always be the case - but was nice to see.

The ladies in the Deli were very helpful and delightful.
Debbie was outstanding help with a big order for a bereaved family meal. We will definitely continue to shop here

This morning was my first time shopping in Kroger on Washington road, every where you turn the staff is on there jobs, I place is very clean I might add,and the help services is outstanding.and by being totally vegan I eat mostly the same food, but always wanna try something different. I've been craven mac&cheese for the longest, and a cause I don't do milk, eggs or cheese. Jack pot I got my mac&cheese, this Kroger has a lot of vegan food for me to try, and believe me they will know my face because this Kroger has a lot of vegan food to choose from. Wonderful shopping experience! The customer service here is top-notch! They habe such an amazing selection of health foods and wonderfully fresh produce. Their prices are competitive and the displays are lively and enticing.

Best Kroger in Augusta. They will personally deliver product within reasonable distance for catering in the right quanity and their return policy on the safely unused product is unmatched . For personal shopping you won't find a bigger variety of produce and meats unless you're at the farmers market. Staff is trained well, especially in meat and fish.

All what your grocery needs at one stop

Made my list from Kroger app. So things were not available. But over all I did get lots of groceries for the money. A always get Kroger brand. When I got to self check out the lady there helped me scan & load groceries. Very sweet. Enjoyable trip.

I had an Awesome shopping experience with Brandon in the deli department. He was extremely patient and knowledgeable about the meats and nutritional values. Brandon had such a caring and genuine personality. He stated he was a "floater". I hope I get to see him more at this location.
