Sherwin-Williams Paint Store

First time visiting this location to pick up paints for garage and living room touch up. This gentleman named Dewin was very friendly and patiently answered all my questions. The entire time he had smiles on even with my not-so-knowledgable questions. What a pleasant customer service!
Edit: the color was a perfect match! I was not greeted by the first gentleman in the counter even when the client walked away from him. He did not acknowledge my existence. He seems to be a manager or an owner. I did noticed he was very friendly with another customer after I was being serviced.

Great staff. Very helpful and took lots of time to explain 'color details' to us and help us choose a color. Once we had chosen a color, he took a generous amount of time to explain our options with various paints to be sure WE got what we wanted, not something they were trying to push on us. Super customer service. Thanks!!

After going to 2 other stores that were not willing to help with a color match, Royce went above and beyond to help. He got an awesome match and my customer was very happy with the outcome of the job. Thank you Royce for your professionalism and great customer service !!!

Great customer service. Walked in and was tended to quickly. Got me everything I needed right away and did not waste my time shilling products I was not interested in or needed.

The employee at this location was exceedingly helpful and even stayed open a little bit late to make sure I got what I needed. I didn't felt rushed, despite walking in 3 minutes before closing. He was very friendly and helpful.

When another Sherwin-Williams location was unhelpful with an online order, this location saved the day. William was especially helpful, friendly, and knowledgeable. I will be using this location from now on when I need paint or paint supplies.

The new location off of I-10 in Houston (zip 77024) was clean and orderly. The individual that helped me was very patient and spent a lot of time with me. There was one thing they didn't have, so I stopped on my way home at Benjamin Moore that had just opened up close by. I will never go there again.
