This is my go to place for all of my business supplies, printing, computers , printers and to mail packages. The employees, from the manager to the cashiers, are friendly and go the extra step to assist me.

Have been looking all over for a printer and we go in here immediately have an employee wait on us and explain the different ones. He didn't try to push something more expensive, which is nice, and he was very knowledge and answered all our questions. Really nice to get good customer service and find exactly what I was looking for.

Had to utilize the print department, not my first time, but definitely the best! Needed a project completed ASAP. From the moment I walked in stressed, I immediately was made to feel at ease. Everyone was so pleasant and helpful and project was done that day! It was great!

Great service and my go to spot for office supplies and definitely for printing services.
Bartman went above and beyond to help me. He literally took a flashlight to make sure my front and back print was lined up perfectly! When he found it was just a touch off, I looked at it and was willing to accept it the way it was; the alignment was barely off. He was not willing to accept it. He realigned it and ran it a couple more times until it was flawless.

Great customer service. I ordered three cases of water. However, when I went to go pick them up, I was only given two cases of water when I called the store to let them know what happened. They rectified the situation immediately and I was given two extra free cases of water due to the inconvenience. No back and forth just great customer service.

We needed programs printed out for our mother’s memorial service for the next day. Ivan was very helpful in making sure that the print outs were to our liking. Thank you so much for your help.

It has been a long time since I had a sales person be as professional, knowledgeable and friendly as a sales lady in the computer section of Office Depot. Good experience with great customer service.

It started as a self service job; me copying & printing my Mom’s obituary program. When the paper was not to my satisfaction, I asked for assistance from Bartman. Bartman was knowledgeable about the type of paper I desired for the proper outcome. Patient & giving with his time because the order wasn’t complete at closing…he stayed late to accommodate us & make sure our program booklets were perfect.

I visited Office Depot today and was greeted by a wonderful sales associate by the name of Bart. He was friendly, knowledgeable, and took the time to share information that made my visit, fast, let stressful, and a pleasure to have selected this store. The associates in this store always speak, and are very friendly. Bart, in printing is friendly, professional, and his knowledge in this area is stellar. One of the most polite, and knowledgeable staffed stores I've been to in Augusta. The layout of the store makes it easy to find everything you're looking for. If you can't find it I have no doubt the staff can take you directly to it.
