My 22 titan battery died after jumping it off it read an engine issue brought to this location and Chase gave excellent customer service he checked my truck to see what the code was. He explained it in detail and made sure that I understood the severity of a problem it could be! He is a valuable employee some others should be more like him! Luckily it was only battery but could have been worse thanks to chase i made sure it got handled right away!! Thanks Chase!!!

Staff was service oriented and friendly, helped scan my vehicle and had the knowledge to recognize and explain the issue.

Thank you to Chase at the Walnut Lane location in North Augusta. I broke down in front of the store..was able to get into the parking lot and he was extremely nice and helped me with trying to possibly figure out what was wrong. I had to have it towed but he let me wait inside and brought me a chair! Thank you Chase!

I always try to deal with Marco if he is working. He's always been a big help to me. I can't speak for the other employees. I just know that they should all aspire to learn from him. He would be a great mentor for the company.

These guys and ladies in our local Advance Auto Parts Stores are the greatest.
They make sure you find what you need or they will take you right to it.
Couldn't ask for better service.
Oh, and they do have military discounts.
That helps a lot when you're buying auto parts and supplies.

I love that this establishment is right next to my sub division. The people in there are great. They willing to help you. They will come out from the counter to help you find what you need without asking. I appreciate service like this.

The store manager, Marco, is extremely helpful, as is everyone else on the staff. They really seem to know what they are talking about, and they are more than willing to help you choose the right parts, install them, and even help you avoid paying for a part you don't need. And, most of the staff speak Spanish, which is very nice for the Spanish-speaking population. I will absolutely return to this store when something goes wrong with my car, instead of taking it to a mechanic, who would just try to fleece me anyway.

Wish I didn't like this place so much but I rely on their knowledge. They are always ready to help and most of the time they have the part I need.
