Staff is very friendly and helpful. My prescriptions are usually ready before I arrive. If not they are processed quickly and I am on my way.

Staff was rude to me and one other guy who was in a wheel chair, they treated me I was not worth waiting on, will never go back to erlanger cvs again! My child needs her medicine but I will go to Walgreens or Kroger pharmacy at a higher price than a cvs! Can on e give a negative of stars?

Customer service has deteriorated exponentially in the past year. I order refills on one day then arrive to get them the next day, making sure they have a full 24 hour heads up. They never are. I’ve asked them how much time they need. 2 days? 3 days? Just give me the magic number and I’ll comply. Then they have an attitude if you ask them why your meds aren’t available at the agreed time.
