The UPS Store

I have been going to this store for over 5 years and they are always been super helpful. I had a very unique situation today trying to return a bike to Amazon and they made everything possible to try to make it happen. Super friendly staff and huge shout to the manager for being flexible and understanding my situation. Highly recommend stopping by for all shipping and notary needs that you might have.

I frequent this location quite a lot (since I tend to go overboard on my online shopping & need to make frequent returns) and I must say, the employees here are always wonderful. They are so quick, efficient, & friendly. Even when the line is trailing out of the door, I never spend more than 10 minutes on this errand (which I greatly appreciate). Keep up the good work!

Hands down the best ups store!!! The workers there have helped me phenomenally. They even have 24 hr access to your mailbox. The customer service is superb. The owner Veronica does amazing job running the store and is usually nearby to assist during busy hours. I only go this store because they're very patient and there to assist you with whatever you need. Even when I just need a quote. I also love the house account where it can be seamless shipping experience. I just drop it off and they pack and ship it for me and just put it on the house account. If I could give them 6 stars I would!!!

The employees at the Brier Creek are excellent. We have had a box at this store almost since it opened.
Even though the employees have changed over the years in general, they are very good. They attempt to assist you quickly and professionally plus they make an attempt to remember your name and treat you as an individual and not just a customer.
Thanks for hiring such good folks. They are the face of UPS and they present a good one.

The team at the Brier Creek UPS Store are magnificent and offer the best quality of service. They are knowledgeable, reliable and work expeditiously to get your packages out the door and other service needs met.

Location has two entrances, back & front. Back has more convenient parking. Quick service.

The store manager Jamil was wonderful to work with. On Black Friday, I had to send a tracked package out that was insured. There was a bit of a line and while his two associates were working the line quickly Jamil was helping me, while on hold with another concern and addressing another need while my shopping need was being processed. He multi-tasked with ease and was friendly, patient and courteous with me. His staff was very prompt and polite. Bonus......Jamil called me days later to confirm my package had arrived at its location and the recipient had signed confirming receipt. Wonderful fantastic service.
Fyi, I've been in multiple times before and always had prompt and courteous assistance shipping and getting things notorized, but this time was just over the top wonderful.

great customer service! I use this location all the time to ship for my business. The staff is friendly and knowledgeable. They know me by sight even with my mask! its not common to find that level of personal service. The always go above and beyond to accommodate my large shipments. Even when I had a specialized shipment that they could not process (very large international order), they were able to direct me to the main UPS branch, let me know all the information I would need to process the shipment, got me directions and confirmed the main branch was open, and even gave me free customs pouches so that my shipment moved as easily as possible.

Never had any issues with this location. I go in, drop my packages, and go. Staff is cordial, no need for chit-chat. Will keep coming to this UPS location.

This is the only ups I will go to, they are very friendly and know their job! They work as a team to make sure everyone is seen in a timely manner! Jessica is amazing!

Everyone at the store was incredibly helpful, especially the manager. I needed something notarized/signed ASAP and was having difficulty getting the correct paperwork from my employer. The manager at the UPS store got on the phone with my employer, talked him through what was needed, and then let me print the document for free once it was sent through. I am so grateful for his help!

My mother and I went to the store right before 6:00 pm today, and we were witnesses to an event that took place. One customer was upset because she could get her package delivered when she wanted at a price she wanted. The young man behind the counter was very patient with the customer, and he was trying to help the patron understand why she couldn’t get the package delivered at the price she wanted on a holiday weekend. The patron was very rude towards the young man. The young man handled himself well in a very difficult situation. Props to the young man.

Stopped in to ship an Amazon return. Terrance was awesome and provided friendly fast service.

I think this may have been the best experience I have ever had at a UPS store. Jordan was incredibly nice and helpful! If I need a UPS, this is the one I’ll go to. Jordan made it worth it!

Great place. Just doing some amazon returns. In and out. Every was masked. I would say ok location in brier creek. What else could you ask for. Doing more services now besides shipping expanding business. Parking in front is bad more option to park on the back side. Would come back again no complaints.

I had a prepaid label and was in and out quickly. I thought going after work I'd have to wait, but they were fast and friendly!

Jessica, helped me here at this location to ship a big heavy guitar. Totally seamless process. Glad I came here today. Jessica was very kind and knowledgeable.

Tyler was extremely helpful! I had an item not make it to its destination so I called the store to see if it got left behind. Tyler recovered the item and is helping get it to its destination.

Absolutely professional and exceptional. I forget the young man's name who helped me, maybe Monte? I have no idea. But whoever it was needs a promotion. That dude is going places and if you don't invest in him soon you'll lose him.
