I have to thank Mike of Ashley's for the extreme amount of patience, professionalism, calmness, respect and positive energy he showed me today. He really allowed me to explore ALL my options for bedroom and living room furniture which covered both ends of the spectrum and everything in between while keeping me focused on my priorities. I know I tested his patience but he remained as cool as a cucumber, as cute as a button and as jolly as Santa throughout. I left with everything I needed & some of what I wanted without sacrificing quality and breaking the bank. I probably cracked it a bit, but there's no regrets. Mike was very reassuring and also kept my waiting family at bay as I touched and sat on every couch like Goldilocks. I left feeling like I a gained a friend, which is more important than getting the furniture I purchased. He is an excellent salesman. Not many people can assuage my anxieties and keep me on track while allowing me to be me, without guilt. I am truly grateful for the experience.

Mike was awesome and so incredibly helpful during my shopping experience. He was very knowledgeable and informative about the different sales and promotions they had to offer and went out of his way to look for the exact color I needed for the couch. Highly recommend!

I came in to purchase my first sectional and Jon was right there to assist me. He answered all of my questions and helped me make a decision between the two I was mainly interested in, and shortly after, my purchase was secured! I had mentioned just having surgery this past weekend and he made sure to give his best wishes for recovery as we were finishing up; much appreciative of that. I highly recommend this location for purchasing home furniture. Super excited for my new sectional! 🤩

My experience at Ashley furniture Store was spectacular! Mike and Daniel were so helpful when it came to finding exactly I wanted. They were so patient with me when I would change my mind on something else. I left the store with more then I thought I would come out with. I found beautiful white dining table that will fix perfectly with my home decor. I am in love with it. I’m so happy I came here to shop for furniture. Thank you guys so much!

Went to Ashley's today and they have extreme deals going on. Mike greeted me at the door with a smile and was super helpful and friendly. I purchased some great housewarming gifts and some for myself and saved over $1,000. I couldn't believe it. They also have a Memorial day sale going on. I'll be back tomorrow if my husband permits to purchase our new living room set. Thanks again. Mike and Team.

Showroom Renaissance Plaza gave us a great shopping experience. Bonnie was a very knowledgeable sales person and was a pleasure to deal with. And the floor manager (John?) was also very accommodating. Will shop there again in the future.

Larry was awesome helping us the way he did. I would highly recommend him. He showed us exactly what we were paying for and did all the numbers in front of us. He wasn’t pushy towards any pieces and he let us take our time in picking what we wanted. He didn’t constantly hover over us while we were looking and didn’t make us feel pressured at all.

I love Ashley’s. Great quality pieces that last a long time. Ebony was very helpful toward my husband and I and was also receptive to our ideas about furnishing my our home.

After many furniture store visits in the area this was the best experience my sisters and I had.

I really like this location, not overwhelming with inventory. Larry is the best, he allowed me the space I needed to look through the store and assisted me promptly with my item(s) I wanted once I made a decision. He also helped me take my items to the car. Great service, definitely will come back to this location again 👌🏽💯

I have purchased multiple items from Ebony! She is friendly, responsive, and helpful. Larry stepped in on her day off and delivered the same excellent service! We will definitely be back!

I had a wonderful experience at this Ashley store on Fayetteville Road in Durham NC. Maria Scerra was my home furnishing consultant who listened to what I liked and needed. Maria was very knowledgeable about what Ashley had to offer and spent time showing me options. Her cheerful personality and great prices made my shopping experience enjoyable. I highly recommend this Ashley store and Maria!

We've needed new living room furniture for a few years.
I think we got passed on to 4 different people 🙄. Ended up working with Daniel. Daniel was excellent and knowledgeable, he was able to answer all of our questions.
We bought the gray couch and loveseat in the pictures. Poor delivery is scheduled for 21FEB22.

I will come back to this review and add customer service interactions and our experience with the delivery service.

Went in to just look around, and found exactly what I was looking for. Needed to replace a sofa at a secondary home, and did not want to spend a lot of money, but still wanted something of quality. Maria helped me with my purchase and was so helpful and nice. I enjoyed working with her, and had a much better experience that I had previously at another furniture store I visited.
