She was incredibly helpful, taking the time not only to check my battery but also to change it for me. Sue’s knowledge and kindness were remarkable, and she even walked me through the entire process so that I can confidently handle it myself next time. Her professionalism and willingness to go the extra mile truly made a difference. I can’t recommend her enough! Thank you, Sue, for your outstanding service!

I had a great experience at this AutoZone today. Jamil T. helped me pick out some new wiper blades for my car after an inspection indicated that they needed to be replaced. Jamil identified the size wiper blades I needed and helped me select some for my car. He also installed them for me; this was less straightforward than what's typical because the connector on the blades I initially selected did not work with my car. But Jamil and his coworker Vincent persisted, eventually identifying a brand that worked for my car and installing them. Jamil also applied some Rain-X to my windshield and rear window. He was helpful, personable, and persistent. I'm glad this AutoZone is the one that's closest to my house because I will definitely return. Thank you AutoZone, and particularly Jamil T. and Vincent!

Sue was the absolute best! I’m from out of state and was having issues with my car battery, totally needed to get a new one! Sue was extremely kind and helped me replace it within minutes. I definitely would’ve been lost without her help! Thank you again Sue!

I bought the wrong windshield wiper several weeks ago - it was missing an adapter so it wouldn't fit on my car. I didn't catch the name of the gentleman that helped me, but he immediately was able to pick the same model with the correct adapter and exchanged it. It took no time at all, and he was super gracious about it. Excellent customer service!

The free code check that is offered at AutoZone is such a useful feature! My check engine light came on near this shopping center so I immediately drove in for a check. Josh was so helpful and even came out to my vehicle to show me how I could replace a faulty sensor myself to save me money by using a mechanic. Thank you Josh!
