Nina and Tamoi were amazing! Very professional. Very kind and cheerful. And they helped me and my beautiful fiancé print off photos for a last minute Christmas present. Best CVS experience on Christmas Eve I’ve ever had!

They were in the process of rearranging the store so it was difficult to find what I was looking for but I was able to ask for help. I was there to pickup some photos and the nice lady that helped me was friendly and sweet.

I’m currently 34 weeks pregnant and I’m a high risk patient who needed a prescription that I’ve missed for 2 days because I needed to get the prescription transferred over from Walgreens. I call CVS Pharmacy earlier today (September 18, 2023 @ 4:54pm) and spoke to a pharmacist who had a terrible attitude about helping me get my prescription transferred over. She tells me I need to call my insurance to confirm if they cover the prescription. I told her I already did that and I know it’s CVS (hence why I called them). Instead of her just looking me up in their system to see the information for the insurance, she was being lazy, with an attitude, and not doing her job. She proceeds to tell me I need to bring my card insurance info and asks for my name again and the Walgreens contact number. And also asks if I needed the prescription tomorrow. I told her I needed it today because again, I already missed it for 2 days. So she has me give her all of my info because she needed to create an account for me and asks what prescriptions I needed. So I tell her and then ask if she needed my insurance card info. She then proceeds to tell me she found it in the system. So earlier in the call, she was really about to make me hang up, go call my insurance just to see if CVS is my pharmacy and if the prescription is covered when I told her it would be and then she all of a sudden sees it in the system. This is why you as the employee shouldn’t have attitudes with the customer because you were completely wrong here. She tells me my prescription will be ready at 8:30pm. I get to CVS at 9:10 because I just ‘had a feeling’ and I wanted to make sure it was ready. I get there and I find out that my information isn’t in the system and my entire profile is blank -_- The employees who were on staff tonight took all the necessary steps to make sure I got my prescription within 25 minutes before they were closed for the night. CVS Pharmacy gets a 4 star review solely from Tyler (drive-thru attendant), Adeyemi, and Cristina for their profound, caring, attentive, and over-the-top service tonight. I would give them 1 star each but because of their dedication, they get an extra star for the “team” because 1 star has to be unrewarded for that terrible behavior earlier today from the previous staff member. So THANK YOU Tyler, Adeyemi, and Cristina for making my horrible experience turn into an amazing experience as a first time customer who can trust that CVS Pharmacy will take care of my prescription needs. You may have just saved 2 lives tonight, mine and my unborn son. My husband and I are truly grateful for you. Thank you <3

My wife and I have used this CVS for several years now for almost all our prescription needs. They're not perfect, but they've done a good job. We've particularly had good experiences with Patty, Carmen, and Brian who have been long-term full time employees there.

Peach Corners CVS is always short staff and most of the medicines are not available which delays getting the medicine in time and may jeopardize the health.

This is the second time this year that I've had an issue with this pharmacy. They need more training on how to fill OTC prescriptions. They wouldn't fill my son's OTC prescription. I had to call my insurance provider so they could call the pharmacy so his OTC prescripton could be filled. This took a week because of the back and forth. They were literally playing with my 2 year old's medicine. I was prescribed Levocetirizine which is an allergy medication. They are beyond incompetent. I didn't get an apology for the mistake or the delay. You can't make these kinds of mistakes when people are waiting on their medication. I have been waiting for them to fill a prescripton since 11/2022. The script expired on 11/2023. Once again it's for a prescripton OTC. The pharmacy tech cannot seem to understand that their CVS Allergy Relief 5mg IS Levocetirizine. They seriously lack critical thinking and comprehension skills. The person who answered the phone was rude and argumentative. She was loud and wrong. She cut me off and told me to call back at a time they would be at lunch. The lack of knowledge is shocking because they work with medication. They try and make is seem like you don't know what you're talking about or my PC doctor. My doctor wouldn't prescribe something that's not covered by my insurance. I shouldn't have to go through this every single time to get my medications filled. More pharmacy training is needed and their customer service needs vast improvements. Stop playing with people's health and respect our time. Please do better. I was on hold for over an hr just for them to hang up. They literally never answer the phone. I am just going to switch pharmacies because it's too much.

This pharmacy is very disorganized and unresponsive. It seems as though they’re understaffed, but it has been an issue since I’ve started coming here over four years ago, so it’s definitely not circumstantial. Any time I’ve been here there is a long line of dissatisfied customers. Prescriptions that are said to be ready are not when you arrive and they do not return calls to transfer prescriptions.
