It is a very nicely organized store, with nice displays. Very clean. The area where it is located is a few years old, but very clean and an appealing atmosphere with other businesses there. Ample parking, and some specifically for Pets Supply. The staff is great, always helpful. My son is the manager of this location. It is located on 210.

We're new dog owners and needed help finding food, pads, toys, a harness and more. I was impressed by this store's super friendly and helpful staff. Clean and bright store. Many options and decent prices. Our pup wouldn't eat the doggy treats we bought, and they told us if he didn't like it, we could bring it back and get a credit for something else. So I did and they honored that with no hassles. This is my favorite pet supply store in St. Agustine.

A very nice clean pet store. The staff are friendly and helpful. The price of most goods is very reasonable compared to other pet supply stores. They are well stocked and have everything I need.

I just think that the groomers, Caitlyn Cooler and Michael French are amazing!! I have been to 4-5 other pet stores to their groomers and have literally been turned away for my German Shepherds hyper-sensitivity to her paws. Could not get even my boarder that kennels my dogs when we go out of town to do her nails. Whatever the pay is that they are getting i feel they definitely deserve more money. They are friendly and personable and definitely hard working and determined young people. They are wonderful and getting my dog in a controllable state of mind with their striving to get her nails done nicely and her in a state of being able to do her nails. I love them and they are a great team! I have to say that the whole team of employees right now are amazing, Stephanie and Josh have been a great pleasure to deal with and are very very nice and super helpful with great knowledge of the store and supplies within. I love this place and great job!!! Keep up the good work people. Have a wonderful day!!

Groomer Michael is outstanding! Gone thru a lot of groomers over the years because they he either don’t care or move to another salon. We have been using Michael for a few years since coming to the store. He asks questions to get it right however I can’t ask him to do miracles, if I’m not doing my part at home. Can’t say enough. Tip him well, so he’ll stay!

I’ve only been once and was immediately impressed! Kaley was so knowledgeable and provided such a great experience! Her expertise with reptiles was very reassuring to first time bearded dragon owners! She assisted us with everything we needed to feel confident in welcoming the newest member of our brood. She also informed us of member discounts for the rest of our 4-legged family. Thank you so much Kaley! 💗

Discovered this store yesterday, and was thrilled to find it! Everything was in stock, the staff was super helpful showing me where things were located and helping me find the products I needed. We have two dogs and they have this terrific bakery treat case so we brought home two peanut butter donuts. Our two fur babies could not have been happier! I will definitely be shopping here again soon.

Very well maintained, great staff who are helpful & very knowledgeable. Their coupons, when available, really help. It's fun to come in here to look around & shop.

I love taking my girl Dixie to this store for baths and grooming. Caitlin and Michael always make Dixie soft and her nails perfect. They also use Oatmeal shampoo on her which is great because she has sensitive skin.

I absolutely love this store. The staff is so helpful, informative and friendly! We go there for food, toys, and the self service pet wash. Clean, spacious, great selection and did I mention Friendly! I seriously go out of my way to go here because of the staff.

Stopped in the other day after a very unhappy experience at Petco and was relieved that the staff was very helpful and cheerful. They greeted me the minute I walked in. The store was immaculate! My daughter and I walked the entire store and were amazed at how clean the tanks were. The bathroom was very clean which was quite impressive. The treats that they have by the registers are now my dog's favorite. I highly recommend this location. Kudos to the cashier named Jessalyn!

Mike in Grooming is literally the BEST pet groomer in Jacksonville! He is very kind and professional and my dog just adores him! All the staff at this location is always happy and helpful and always has the best customer service! I can tell that the entire staff all truly love animals. The deals on the merchandise is great for members and they carry many items that I usually only find online. TEN STARS!
