The Home Depot

Like this local Home Depot - most of the items are in stock. Sometimes feel lack of on-floor associates for helping the customers. Have wide range of garden accessories and plants. Clean store and ample parking spots. Return center or the order pick up area are neat but need at least 2 associates because of long line. Occasional Sale items also less compared to other Home Depot stores.

This Home Depot is always clean and fully staffed! I’ve never had to wait for help and the cashiers move quickly and efficiently. Also a huge shoutout to Trudy who is so fun to talk to and always makes sure you had a great experience.

I live close by to this Home Depot. I stopped in today to get some weed control and was happily welcomed and helped by Bruce! He was a wealth of knowledge on what I should be using now and also helped me choice the products! I will be back in a few months for the next round of things. Thank you Bruce for your help!!

This new Home Depot was very well stocked and looking pretty clean. I wonder how long it will last? All the employees were cheerful and eager to help. Even the gal at the outdoor checkout counter was cheerful despite the cold weather that day.

I always like coming down home Depot as I recently moved about 10 minutes away and I have bought floors faucets and anything you can think of for a home.

I definitely feel like without home Depot I would not have gotten all my projects done.

I still have more projects to go and I will definitely be coming back to home Depot.

I went to Lowe's down the street on 423 and I just did not like being there I felt like it was cheating on home Depot

Last night we purchased a new fridge at the Prosper Home Depot. It was a great experience! The store is very clean and the gentleman who helped us was very informative and helped point out features on the fridges we were interested in. The overall experience we felt great about our purchase and the amount we paid. It’s also awesome that you can pay $50 for them to take your fridge from home!

This Home Depot has some of the best and most attentive staff around. Kendra and John were extremely helpful. The store is a bit small especially the seasonal laydown area, wish they had more Patio/Holiday items

My van went down; so I called home depot to reserve a rental truck. Here's the breakdown. $150 depsoit, no toll fees, no mileage charges, return with a full tank of gas and I was done. The trucks and vans rent fast; while I was checking out 2 people asked for the truck I secured. ( the last one)

Let me just say the entire store is staffed with the most willing to help people I've ever come across. From the teenager to the retiree filling time, there's never been anyone "hating life" while I was there. I love this location because of that alone. And if course they have everything you need for whatever job you're working on!

Only $25 for the flatbed if you return it within 75 min. Totally worth it and I'm happy they have such an option for us, the sedan drivers))

I’ve never seen a Home Depot run quite like this store. This is definitely a well oiled machine. You get treated like royalty while visiting there by everyone on the team. Store is always clean and has just about everything you need. Everyone there is knowledgeable and professional. They help me tackle big projects and that speaks numbers. I definitely want to thank Orlando, Steve, Grace, Lucas, Katie. You guys are the best. You can tell they love what they do!

Very clean and well organized and maintained store. I actually am from Shreveport, but I saw a gas fire pit that I might buy once I get back to Shreveport.

Very nice well-stocked store. Friendly and helpful employees with lots of great advice. Good prices - got everything we needed. Plants are really healthy looking with lots of options for indoors and seasonal outdoors.
