Sherwin-Williams Paint Store

I needed information on a paint color of a particular room. I forgot the paint color. I called and talked to Cody, he was happy to help me. We figured out the room color. He went through all the paint I bought last year. If it wasn't for Cody, I wouldn't have had the opportunity to call. Cody told me to tell him what color goes to each room and he will put ir in the computer. I'm glad I followed his advice. I wanted to thank him for his time and for his knowledge of Sherwin Williams paints and stains.

Helpful friendly employees spent slot of time helping me choose a paint color. The store was clean and inviting. The employees were very knowledgeable. I don’t usually post reviews but I was very impressed with the customer service.

The manager was very pleasant and extremely helpful. She was more than willing to answer some basic questions that I had and shared her painting technique with me. It was refreshing to receive excellent client service and attention!

If you have any questions just ask one of the staff members. They seem to be very knowledgeable. I learned more about the different types of paint in one visit to Sherwin Williams than anywhere else. They helped me understand the different options and overall, it was a great interaction.

I was staining a previously stained concrete sidewalk. The previously stain was more like a paint. I was searching and no from Rusteoleum, no from Lowes, no from Home Depot. I had primed the sidewalk and was in real trouble. I called Sherwin Williams and the girl who answered the phone, said we have what you are looking for. I raced down the road and it was the old formula. God bless the girl at Sherwin Williams. She saved the day.... I am going back this weekend.

Great staff to deal with when I had several questions to ask about a new to me product I was going to be using. After dealing with the Winchester store and not having the same experience I will continue to use this store for years to come!
