I am very satisfied with my experience tonight, your workers are very welcoming especially Marcus!! He was sweet and awesome, I will definitely come back to the ez mart on 9th st texarkana, AR because of Marcus☺, Thank you, by the way I believe he should become a manager if he isn't already.

The only reason they got 1 star is because there is nothing lower. Out of fountain Coke, now straws, store is a mess. Probably the worst ez mart I've been in. Seems like there was no management around because of the way the store looked and the way the employees were acting. Mgmt needs to check in on this store. And if mgmt was there, shame on you!

Customer service totally worst.. they don’t know how to talk customers. I took gas around $40 also take hot water with my teabags and one coffee,

Machine would not read my debit card chip. I asked if the would run it manually. She said " we don't do that here". I find it hard to believe I am the only one thats had problems with the chip in debit card ( or other issues with machine not reading card). So they just lose a sale? Or maybe it's that SHE didn't know HOW to run it manually no

Cashier KeKe or whatever her name had the worst attitude ever!!! If you can’t provide customer service then maybe you shouldn’t be in that line of work. If you have to hop across counters over you not giving someone their change back then you most definitely in the wrong field. It’s the principle of things we work hard for our money.

Coffee price was 0.99$ but took over $2. A girl name zoo should be removed.

They employees on morning shift are so rude .I just walked in to the store and one of the employees there just made a smart remark about me and all I did was just walk in.

They cook their chicken very hard taste like rubber!! Find someone that knows how to cook!!!
