Ashley was superb. She took as much time as we needed. We went in for one phone and my husband was so impressed he wanted one for himself.

My experience was great! I went in with a glitch of some sort in my phone hoping someone could just fix it. Lizzie & Sierra did all they could & spent quite a while with me trying to fix it. Unfortunately, it wasn't able to be fixed. I was then given several options by Lizzie. She helped me choose a new phone compatible to what I had before. It had to be ordered, so instead I choose one I could leave with that day. After I got it home, I hated it. I called Lizzie & she told me no problem, she placed the order for my original choice & told me to bring it back when I picked up the new phone just 2 days later. Lizzie got me all set up with the new phone & the return process of the other phone was easy. I feel like she went above & beyond regular customer service helping me. I never felt any pressure to make my purchase. Instead, it was like buying something from a friend. I definitely recommend Lizzie, Sierra & Maddy if you want excellent customer service!!😃

I am not really writing for the process, because it was not great at all. I am writing for the representatives like Robert at the Chesapeake Square Verizon store and Greg from Tech Support.

Robert really worked tirelessly with me, for two days, to get what I needed. He even allowed me to call from the store twice. Needless to say, the process was daunting and left a bad taste in my mouth, but Robert was calm, helpful, and optimistic. That kind of impeccable service, nowadays, is rare. Thanks Greg, you Rock, but Robert, you ROCK harder for all your in-person help.

Lizzie was absolutely excellent and talked me through all my questions and concerns in the most painless way possible. Nothing like any other Verizon experience I’ve been through and for all the best reasons. This is the only Verizon store in my eyes now.

Refreshing to deal with a true sales person.

My old phone lost its phone capabilities due to being so old and I went in for an upgrade to an entirely different type of phone (Google pixel to apple). It was a long process considering my older phone wasn’t functioning properly but Victra did so with ease. Even helped me put on my screen protector and set up an Apple ID. Fantastic experience, she should get a raise for her quick troubleshooting alone.

Wonderful to work with, knowledgeable pleasant and shares information

On March 10, 2023 I had the absolute pleasure of requesting help from Codi, who I had requested help before and met Emily. Each person helped me learn how to use new functions on my Google pixel 6. The reason this is so significant is because I live in Maryland and spent many hours at too many Verizon establishments with very little assistance. With so many customers waiting they could only answer one or two questions and had to ask others how to answer some questions. While I am in this shop other people have come in complaining with the same problems I experienced in Md are also being experienced in Va. Congratulations to your Staff for these two employees have the highest Rating Possible! This is sent to you while I am waiting for a ride to my sister's. Thank You!
