I called the print department at this Staples location in a total panic. I needed a large print order for 8:00 AM the next day and it was 45 minutes before the store closed. Maya was awesome - very patient and helpful. She rushed my order and it was complete 2 minutes before the store closed. It totally saved me for my event the next day! Thank you for your willingness to help me out when I was in a pinch. Great customer service!

This is a TSA/HMT finger printing location. Savanah is awesome, very fun experience. Make sure you have an appointment. Seen people wait for a while trying to get in for HMT printing. TSA is located in left back corner from front door.

I was elected to be the president of a woman’s group I belong to a few weeks ago. I had to make up a booklet quickly. I made the booklet and needed copies. I met Ariel at my local staples on Arlington Rd. What a wonderful employee you have! She listened to what I needed done and was quick and professional with giving me quotes and times it could be available - 2 days. I did my shopping and left the store. 2 hours later I received a call from Ariel stating that my order was completed and that I could pick it up anytime. Wow! That was the fastest turn around time I’ve ever experienced! The booklet turned out perfectly. Thank you again Ariel for making my experience at Stapes so great! Highly recommend using staples for all of your printing needs! Ask for Ariel!

All of the staff were very pleasant to work with but I would like to specifically recognize Keshaun. I came in with a large order with multiple printing requests the day before my wedding including a large seating chart, menus, and programs and he was exceedingly helpful among the pre-wedding stress. Even with other customers coming in with additional requests he was always professional and calm and gave us great advice throughout the entire process. He set the example of what it means to provide excellent customer service.

My husband went into the Staples this afternoon and had to take care of some things concerning his job, he had to redo his fingerprints for TSA background and the young lady was so helpful in the back... he had brought cash with him and she helped him load a Visa card in order to pay for the process!!! He was totally stoked that she was able to help him and it wasn't a complete wasted trip up there... THANKS AGAIN!!

The day manager is a class act! She knew I was having a bad day and went out of her way to make it better! Their passport/visa services are just better than everywhere else too.

Al was such a helpful associate!! Super friendly and very knowledgeable. We purchased a new printer and ink and he was helped with every step of the process. He went above and beyond and I hope he is recognized for his excellent customer service!

They saved my life !!! I had to print a label ( with all the money the Post Office charges , you'd think they could use QR codes : ). They printed it for me , from email. Didn't charge me a dime ..... Wow !!! Thank you so much and Merry Christmas . Laura

I had the opportunity to meet some fine class gentlemen who helped me with an important office purchase. The way Al and Ed helped my selection process made it feel like I was dealing with a family owned business. This is the best office store experience I have ever had, and I will always make a point to come back to buy my gear here. Thank you Al and Ed for making me love the Staples brand.

I walked in and was immediately greeted by Naja and Shante. Both were extremely friendly and helpful. I had ordered online before coming and I was in and out of the store in a flash. 10 out of 10 would recommend the Staples.

I came in with my elderly father to update his durable power of attorney cards since the phone numbers changed.
Josh, the manager waited on us.
After he babied me through making new cards, our order was complete.
Later that day I received a call from Staples that Josh wanted to make sure he completed the transaction transaction thimself
And requguested we come in the next day.
I wanted 10 of the cards laminated. Josh took such wonderful care and concern to laminate them perfectly and was so compassionate and professional that I will never go nowhere else!

I have shopped this store many times and they always have what I need. I also use them for copying the many documents I need for an HOA. Easy parking, friendly and helpful employees.

Went for a large format printer. Associate was very knowledgeable, helpful and friendly. In and out quickly. Store is very clean and well organized.

Even though they're short staffed the employees are nice & helpful. I was in & out. Definitely recommend

The people greeted me when I walked in and offered assistance in finding what I was looking for. Unfortunately they no longer carried the item but guided me to another item that was similar to what I was looking for. It was a very pleasant experience.

Loved it. The staff was knowledgeable and really nice. They weren't at all pushy. I wish more stores had staff like that.

I started going grocery shopping at 7 a.m. in the morning and I absolutely love it I'm literally the only person in the store shopping the store is very clean and well-organized easy to find everything it's one of my favorite stores

They have a fantastic, reasonably priced selection of reading glasses. They're indestructible & stylish (as stylish as reader can be -_-
