I shop at the Spencerport , NY on Slayton Drive. My youngest daughter had a craft she made at camp and brought it in the store. It was a balloon filled with Orby’s. Of course it broke in the store and It got everywhere. An employee named Ellen came right over and cleaned it for us she insisted on doing it and told us not to worry about it. She even asked if we wanted to keep the ones we swept up you know little kids are. I was very happy with the customer service she gave us .Stuff like that really makes a difference and we appreciate it. Thank you
