I come to this location a lot and it's a solid Goodwill. There are occasionally some decent finds. The staff here are also pretty friendly. I definitely plan to keep coming back.

Great thrift shop. Nice size and always enjoy shopping here. The Employees are very nice and You always find something here!

I love this store it’s close to my house and they seem to have the “ real thrift store prices” for if you resell like I do, can still make decent profit :)

The man checking me out was so positive, professional & he genuinely cared about his customers. I would go so far as saying he was the greatest cashier experience I’ve ever had in my life, I wish I’d gotten his name because he definitely needs to be recognized for his amazing service. He has dark hair & tattoos sleeved on both arms if that helps

March 2022 Update
Wow, it is amazing what better management can do! I have not had any issues with this location since the new employees and either the additional manager or new manager has been added. I left my original review, but wanted to update my star count to reflect the improvements I've seen over my last 4 stops.

Original Review (2019-2021)

Major take aways from this location:
1. Employees are the rudest at any of the Houston area Goodwill's by far. Also, they have some very dodgy pricing practices, and will actively attempt to charge more than the sticker price at the cash register
2. Good stuff on occasion, but you better hope the cashier doesn't disagree with the price the item was marked at.

Stories (yes, this is a frequent issue).
1. I had a large stock of mixed comic paperbacks and hardcovers. All of which were priced at 4.99, which is high for Goodwills, but was a price I was willing to pay. The cashier took one look at the stack of books, and said, " these were mis-priced". I said that the price stickers said 4.99; the cashier checked the price code, which was 4.99, and still insisted that they had been priced wrong. They said the would have the speak to the manager, to sell me the items for the price they were marked. The manager came up and proceeded to say that I needed to pay atleast 7.99 a piece. I stated that the price code and paper sticker both said the price was 4.99. the manager insisted, and I walked out. I decided to come back the next day, on my day off (aka no fancy clothing, no makeup, rocking the yoga pants and t shirt), and lo and behold, the books were still priced at 4.99. the cashier this time (same one), didn't attempt to get the manager to charge me more than the books were marked for. Attempting to charge your customers more for items then they are marked for is not okay! The sharpie price mark said 4.99, and that paper tags, there was no reason for them to suddenly try and charge me more.
2. I wanted to buy a video game (PS3), which was paper sticker for 3.99 and price marked for 3.99. again, cashier insisted that it was mis-priced and supposed to be 7.99. I didn't even bother waiting around for the manager this time, I just left.
3. I tried to buy a hat, which was marked at 8.99 (paper sticker & black marker). cashier claimed it was actually 44.99, and again, mis-priced. Deciding it was again, not worth my time to argue with the manager who tried to price gauge me on books before, I again, stepped out of line. The cashier proceeded to sell the hat for the 8.99 to the next person in line.

This is the worst Goodwill in the area by far! If you find anything decent (which is an uphill battle), they will definitely try to charge you more for it. I would give it a big pass, or be prepared for a big fight to get anything for what it is priced at.

Always a peaceful place to shop. Very cleaned and organized. Employees are super inviting as well ☺

My visit was to buy towels for bathing my dogs, but I hit the jackpot with my purchase Sunshades! I brought two for me & two for my daughter in law. Great value & awesome find for the Texas summer! Thank you Goodwill...

We go here often and have always found great bargains, stuff that we needed that was out of season in the stores but we needed it then, a TV table with cabinet that was in like-new condition for less than $20, knick-knacks for decorating, and craft supplies galore. It depends on what you're looking for and when you go, but the employees are always very friendly and we love the classic rock and pop music they play over the speakers. It's one of our local favorite thrift stores and one of the first places we go when our kids need new clothes. We don't always find what we need but more often than not, we do.

It's always a great shopping trip to goodwill the people are very friendly and go the extra steps to help me were ever needed.

I always find really good things when I come here. The people are very friendly and it's a great place to frequent because you're bound to find something you like.
