Ruler Foods

I love to shop at Ruler Foods in Highland, Illinois. The people who work there are friendly, helpful & always curtious. The store is always clean and well stocked. This is really a Kroger knock off store. If you remember Krofer food stores they carry Kroger products. I always loved Kroger food Stores . They still have them in Rolla not sure where else.

Fast, friendly, and inexpensive place for groceries in Highland. I did not actually see the Ruler himself, but he must have been watching us all through the cameras.

Good selection. Great bacon . I got a 10 lb. ham at Christmas time for $8.00. My very favorite food store in our area .

Hate to admit how much I like this grocery store. It's usually not very crowded. Prices and quality of products are great.
It's smaller than the Wxlmxxt down the street, so I buy what I can here, then finish up at that other place. Bring a quarter for a shopping cart and reusable bags as they do charge for plastic bags.

I work near by and this is a great store to make a quick stop for affordable groceries. Their generic brand is Kroger items, and so far they have all been good. The selection is very limited, but I can usually find most general grocery items. The generic soda is good, and I actually prefer the diet citrus drop better than diet mountain dew. Bring a quarter for your cart!

Ruler's is a lower cost of groceries for those that are looking to save some money. Ruler's is owned and operated by Kroger's using their branded foods as opposed to name branded. The quality is tremendous and improving all the time. The only downside is that some of the branded foods may not always be available all the time. But the staff is always looking out for their customer's, helping find thing's and giving you a coupon too save even more!

I shop this store all the time. Can't beat the prices. The workers have always been welcoming. No self checkouts shows they appreciate me enough to greet me and show gratitude for me spending my money there.

Love this store. Fruit is always very good and so is the dairy products

Have a great selection of groceries and they are cheap!! I think they may have Aldis beat on many items! I really like the Kroger name anyway so I do a lot of shopping here!

Very nice and clean. The ales are nice and wide. Prices are good. The shelves are well stocked. The meats and vegetables are nice and fresh. Love shopping there.

Big isles, great prices on everything. Great selection on everything. Friendly employees.

The prices are good and the cashier Kevin is an absolute delight! The staff is friendly and helpful and they have good deals.

Rulers is the only place I go shopping! Cheaper than wal-mart and you are getting more bang for your buck! I would recommend this place to anyone!

It is great have turkeys for 47 cents per pound just as good as the $1.97 turkey at Walmart.

Great prices on great products. It's inadvisable to shop elsewhere if you're on a budget.
