Big R "Rural King Supply"

Fairly small, but very well managed store. The people are very helpful and friendly.

Very friendly, takes initiative to help. They definitely go above and beyond to help anyone with either finding something to helping load up your purchases in your vehicle. My family is very loyal to this place. Great place to get what is needed for home, farm, to hunting

Rural King Supply is a gem for anyone living in rural areas or seeking quality farm and home supplies.

Ship and Cam in the service department have consistently gone above and beyond to take care of my service emergencies. I needed to clear a fallen tree from my yard before a party this weekend. I asked if they could take a look to see if my Stihl chainsaw issue was a quick fix. Skip was busy when I got there, but asked me a few questions and proceed to do a quick check. As it turned out, it was an operator error. He quickly solve my problem despite having a hot job to complete. Cam was also extremely helpful with a part that i was looking for. Again, problem solved. I have been coming to this particular Big R since I moved back to the area after retiring from the Navy. I have never had any issues with getting the best service from any department. This is definitely my go to service department for all things property maintenance equipment and service! Thank you Skip and Cam!! Well done!

The ease of finding what I need is great. The store layout is perfect to maneuver with a big flatbed. The associates are easy to find and readily available to help!

Great experience with a very young group of staff! We were working on a project at our home and realized I had greatly underestimated the amount of quikrete needed. After a couple calls my wife told me that they would have a pallet of 20 ready to be fork-lifted onto the back of my truck. Saved time and my back! Awesome customer service in a time that's it's frequently nonexistent! Great job, will make sure to buy from them!

One of my most fav places to go for fishing stuff, dog food, some food items, and gifts. I mean, they got a little of everything... even ducks, chicks, and bunnies at times.

This is a smaller Rural King than some others than I've been tooo, but it had what I was looking for. Employees were friendly. Store was clean. Nice place over all

Friendly staff, decent supply of items to get you through. Expect higher prices than the big box stores but Althea location is closer. Always nice to shop local.

I love Rural King. We do most our pet supply shopping here, and they have a large selection of quality products. Bonus you can take your dog inside.

This store has a much larger selection of electrical, pet supplies, farm items, and garden items than other stores in Highland with plenty of staff available to answer questions and assist customers. Plus there is free popcorn everyday in the display as you leave the store. No wonder families with kids love shopping here!

Great store. Has mostly everything you would find at a Home Depot or Tractor Supply store. Has a great selection of Milwaukee and Dewalt tools but the prices are a little higher than the big box stores. This will definitely be my go to store for home improvement items.

This store has a wide variety of products. It has good quality plants and a variety of adorable chicks. The chicks are small so they are kept under heat lamps indicating they are well cared for. This is a really great store.
