Sauerkraut, sweet relish, mustard, ketchup, parmesan, red chili pepper flakes. I placed an order for pickup today. The lady who brought my groceries out verified my name on my DL even though I verbally told her who I was. This must be a new process since I've never been asked for an ID verification to pick up my groceries before. No big issue, it just caught me off guard. She verified where I wanted my groceries to be placed in my vehicle and stacked everything nicely. I was not missing any items which has happened in past pick ups.

Sam's club on Southpark shopping center on slaughter ln and South ih35 always have the best prices on all the merchandise.
Including the fresh baked pizza 🍕 😋...

I love this Sam's club location.

The only thing is that some of the associates never smile. They ignore you mostly all the time.

Just love going to Sam's club easy access always has the items I'm looking for and more at a good prices especially during holidays

Their Mediterranean salad was a choice of being sampled for the public. And it was delicious, so we bought it. Loved it..!!

Pharmacy is great. Employees ready and willing to help. Also have some good suggestions to help stimulate the imagination and/or just plain conversation. And product selection is numerous and cheap. Always worth the trip.
With the holidays here, everyone and their uncle are at Sam's. And with approx. 10 cashiers on duty there are 12 to 15 people in line with full to overflowing carts. However, no one is using Scan&Go. I get in an out in minutes. Love this new feature.

Sam's Club was ok , today . However , I just hate having to wait in long lines to check out. Other that that , it was alright . Some of the store attendants on the floor was very helpful . Especially this lady from Elgin , I can't remember her name . 20 year employee , she told me . She was very helpful .

Always has what I need! I recommend Sam's membership to all my friends and family. Even the greeters are always super helpful and friendly, especially Bobby! He always makes our weekend with his smile and glowing personality!

Trips to Sam's have always been a great experience. Friendly and helpful staff makes for an enjoyable and productive trip to the market. After completing my shopping I can always enjoy a slice of fresh pizza and refreshing beverage. Keep up the great work !

Quick bite to eat, and get back on the road. Love how affordable their food is, and it taste good for a snack. No long lines, and staff are nice. Parking isn't the best, but it will do.

My husband and I have awful knee problems. This store has electric carts usually available so that we can do our shopping so much quicker with ease. Thanks Sam's, but be aware that your employees are not on top of repairs with these carts and thus they are going down quickly. Please maitainance them far more. Thanks

I went to the Auto area, the young man who worked there was very polite to myself and my mother inlaw. He took his time and let us know honestly how everything should turn out and what he can do for us he was able to get us the best price we found so far and was very patient in explaining to us the whole process. He diagnosed and changed out our battery.I will definitely go back for this service again if needed!

Today Amy at Sam’s club (southpark meadows) helped me load a heavy A/C into my car, she helped me out so much. She was so helpful and had so much pride in her work. She’s awesome
