The Home Depot

So I am re-doing our kitchen. Home Depot has been a one stop place to go. We picked out our Refrigerator, Drink Fridge, and even a new Dish washer. That just made the rest of the design fall into place. The lady at the paint area was so helpful. She asked questions I would not have even thought of. "What are you painting", "What is the surface like", "Does it have wall paper"? All these answers lead her right to the exact paint base that I needed. The walls took one kind of paint, but the cabinets took another. She was great. After all that shopping, I was even waited on, at the self check. Thanks for making my kitchen transformation so easy.

Went in looking for a fridge, Jimmie took his time to show me the different types and made recommendations based in my kitchen layout, amazing customer service and great person. Very easy transaction!

Went to get some potting soil and have a key made. If your looking for plants, pots, seeds, or soil this is the place for all your gardening needs. The employees are so helpful some knowledgeable in the area assigned which is helpful when you have question. We usually come for work tools be aware they are popular for this and some of them are usual out of stock not for long though thank goodness for that. They also have some nice patio furniture right now if your getting ready for spring and summer and enjoy being outdoors. So many household needs can be found here at home depot so stop by and take a look youight just find something you've been looking for.

All I can say is Mark over at the garden section deserves a raise !!!! Went into the plant/gardening area to buy some plants but I had a ton of questions like when to switch the soil, watering schedule, plant food/nutrients etc. Mark was readily available, he answered all of my questions and showed me exactly what I needed and when to do it. You can tell he has a passion for plants/gardening and knows exactly what he's talking about.

If it wasn't for Marks extensive knowledge, I would've only bought the plant I came in for and left. However, I left with multiple plants, indoor plant soil, plant/soil nutrients, watering can, new pots and cork bottoms.

I love this place.They never lack on items in the garden center and have competitive prices. Thank you

I Had a great outstanding customer service from your team name Moises, he went out of his way to help me and very patient and polite. He was busy cutting wood at the time, and with out Hesitation he helped me and greeted me at first. He also went to one manager for advice and even went to another to help us get our answer to buy what we needed and send our purchase to a employee to scan for us at the register.
The team effort was just great 👍.

Had a bad day at this home depot today! Very low customer service, no one here to help, employees where ryde and to busy to help us. This is the longest we ever been here 😩

An employee named Glynis saved me $65 by telling me about a sale. She also knew the exact isle number of other items. Exceptional service. Refreshing and rare

Just had a excellent customer service experience in the hardware section today. I was looking fo a particular drywall screws in a 5lb. Box it said online there was one box in stock. When I couldn't find it Justin in charge of Hardware looked everywhere even crawling on the floor under the bottom shelf in the dust and dirt. But he too could not finde it he gave me 5 × 1lbs. Boxes at the same price as the 5lbs. Box I was looking for saving me $10.95. That is the way even big box store should operate excellent customer service...

I’m amazed how excellent the customer service is at this place. One example is Angie Pagliei. She was so helpful in getting me the perfect blinds for my home after I had dealt with an ordeal of all the cords being too short for me to reach. I am super happy with my replacement blinds and it’s all because of the excellent customer service that I received at this Home Depot.

It's Home Depot, what's there to complain about? It's a great store. I needed a microwave. Went in, picked one and walked out. It was interesting that they only had self checkouts.

There's always someone available and happy to assist. I truly wish to work for such a wonderful company. They clearly have a strong understanding of customer service and customer needs. I have yet to visit a location where my statement can be disproven or negated in any manner. I've worked for Home Depot, but unfortunately, my circumstances didn't allow me to maintain my attendance record. Therefore, it was recorded as very negative even after explaining to management prior to occurrences and during. I don't blame management. They simply followed SOP. If there were ever an opportunity to return, I would take advantage in a moment's notice. Unfortunately, policy doesn't allow this. Therefore, if anyone is looking for an amazing opportunity with true career growth potential and amazing benefits, this is the place. Moreover, the best perk of all is working with wonderful, amazing, fun, caring people. Of all my years consulting/contracting, I've never met a better group of people to work with. This is true for all Home Depot locations as I've visited many. Hands down, the world's best customer service.

Love how dog friendly they are! Also this location seems to have a more diverse group of people who shop there which always helps make it feel less intimidating.

Friendly staff. Clean store. Store was busy but I was still able to find a parking spot and was in and out in an ideal amount of time. Didn't really buy any major items this visit but did get to get some pricing done and visually check out items I want and need. The few items I bought I am more than happy with, the item itself as well as its pricing.

I will be back soon when it's time for me to buy the bigger items I need.

Ive been going to this Home Depot a good amount recently for my current building project. The staff are very friendly and overall they are very knowledgeable in their specific sections. It is sometimes a little bit of a challenge to always find a rep available but I think that is due to the overall staffing shortage. Also, this place is always well maintained and clean.

Home Depot is awesome. My dog loves it here and the people are great. They never harrass or bother me and always ask to pet my dog. They like to talk to him and play with him. He's loved going to all the Home Depots and feels safe. My dogs reactivity is basically gone!

Home Depot the place to go or is it that's the only place we can go in Brownwood might be the only place but it's the best place to go Home Depot.

Always clean, very well staffed. Easy to find someone if have you need to find something, but don't forget that the website will direct you to the exact section of an item you are looking for as well!

I really appreciate the ease of using their website to find what I need without having to interact with many.

You can find some good buys, sometimes. Staff was very helpful. Love this store.
