Great place, decent prices. They have one flavor there I like as my every day, so I'm a captive audience. You can save money by ordering things online, but this is a local business, and I try to support those. Staff is very knowledgeable, incredibly helpful, and never pushy.

I normally don't take the time to write online reviews, but I just had to say that these guys are awesome. I've been a regular customer for a while now, and lately I've been having problems with my e-cig (atomizers burning up really fast). After they replaced some defective atomizers for free, twice, the problem was still occurring, so they decided to go ahead and replace my tank AND throw in another pack of atomizers for free. That is some excellent customer service. Can't thank them enough.

I have been a loyal customer at Misty Mountain Vapors for a couple of years. They have a wonderful, down to earth, very knowledgeable, and helpful staff. They also provide a wide range of items to choose from. Overall a really wonderful place. I will not be going to any other vape store as long as they are around. ❣

Great experience for the first time. Natalie worked with me this morning and was very thorough in explaining everything. For a Sunday, they seemed pretty busy for being 11am which is a true testament of their Customer Service. For being busy, they have plenty of staff and I was greeted and attended to promptly. Again, Thank you for the help Natalie and look forward to the continued business.

I've been ordering online from these guys since I moved to Raleigh, and have had great experiences so far. Shipping is quick, and they even put a recommendation note in one of my packages. I use the Fireball flavor, which is apparently bad for atomizers. They were kind enough to put a note in one of my shipments explaining this, and offering the ProTank instead. It's slightly more expensive, but works much better than any other clearomizer. Definitely recommended!

The guys there great. They tried so hard to help fix my E-Cig. When I needed new coils the first set did not work for me and they swapped out for a different brand and threw in an extra. Perfect service. Very clean.

John has helped me (a novice vaper) both times i have been in and made me feel comfortable taking my time and explaining all my questions professionally and thoroughly. He even made me not feel so dumb when i accidentally spilled a little e liquid on the counter. I was ordering online from another vendor but strictly because of John i will return.

I've been to many stores in the area and around the state but Misty Mountain always gets my business. They have the best selection of authentic vaping supplies. I've read a few reviews of people complaining of the prices but those lesser priced kits are clones and most are junk if not all of them. Some have even said the staff were not friendly, I've never gotten that from any of the staff even when you could tell they were having a bad day. And to the person who said the people were vaping in the store around you I think you just need to get a life and stop complaining it's a vape shop not a convenience store!!!

Excellent staff, some of the best and most knowledgeable I've encountered! I went to upgrade from a mechanical mod to a box mod and they were all very helpful and setup everything for me and showed me what all the settings meant and it was overall a great experience and they also have awesome locally made juices to choose from! I took my mother to a different shop closer to where she lives and the staff there had no knowledge about the box they were trying to sell us.. I will definitely be a return customer to Misty Mountain Vapors for any of my vaping needs. They also have a rewards program which is an app you can install on your phone and tracks your points for you and you get discounts through the app. Although you can find better prices on the internet I stand behind supporting brick and mortar shops which in turn helps out our local economy. If you're trying to save a few dollars buy it online. I personally wanted to go into the store to speak with someone that knows a lot more about vaping than myself and I can justify the increased prices vs the Internet just from what I learned during my visit. 10/10 overall will be a returning customer

Bought my first Joyetech Ego-c from Brenda one of the owners back in September when I quit tobacco and go over for refills and supplies when needed. Was there this morning at their new store on Westgate Rd in Raleigh, and you couldn't ask for better service, better product or nicer folks to deal with. They definitely do not try to sell you something you do not need. Prices are competitive and they go out of their way to make you a happy camper with your vaping needs. So many sample e-juices to taste, really high quality e-juices and they don't rush you! THANK YOU Brenda!

This is, hands down, one of the best vape shops I've ever been in. The people there know what they're talking about and can come up with creative solutions on the fly. The proximity to the airport is also a huge plus for me. I cannot recommend their selection enough. If you vape in Raleigh, definitely take a look in to see what they have! Or if you're trying to quit smoking in Raleigh, go in. They have a great selection of flavors and you can surely find something to suit you!

I had a fantastic shopping experience here. After being frustrated with my current vape which I purchased online, Natalie took all of my desires, walked me through their products and made excellent selections. Then she took me through a lot of tasting of juices, really taking the time to hone in on my preferences while making suggestions. Thank you Natalie! I am so happy with my vaping experience now!

Hands down the best store for vaping in the Triangle. The employees are trained and knowledgeable, and work hard to ensure every visitor gets the individual service and attention they need. If you're hoping to quit smoking and want to use vaping as a bridge to get there, are an enthusiast already, or are just curious what it's all about, go to Misty Mountain on Westgate, or their sister store on Capital.
I've been a customer for years, and they've never let me down.
If you're reading this, do search around to find ways you can keep minors away from vaping, and to help keep electronic cigarettes and juice flavors legal in North Carolina.

Always has what I am shopping for in stock, very knowledgeable, very accommodating and super patient when I ask dumb questions, there's cheaper places but this place has been super consisted for over 10 years in my experience

Me and my gf had a great experience here the other day. The staff was extremely helpful with tips and info. Neither of us really knew too much about the different hardware and liquids, all we knew was that we wanted to start vaping. We spent a good hour with one of the gentlemen there as he explaned everything to us and pointed us to the right e-cig (not the most expensive one), also he showed us how to use it properly. He also gave is some very useful advice on which liquid to get as noobies. After having been to this establishment I find it hard to beleive the negative review at the top, these guys are way to passionate about vaping to treat a customer that way.

The staff is TOP rated. They have always given me straight answers on all my questions. Helpful advice on my vaping needs and saved me money on equipment that I did not need. If you are in to vaping, I strongly suggest that you visit Misty Mountain Vapor. They won't steer you wrong.

Any time someone asks me about my e-cig, or vaping comes up in conversation, I inevitably bring up Misty Mountain Vapors. The store is big enough to have a great variety of e-cigs and juices, but small enough to make you feel like you're welcome to hang out and shoot the breeze with the people that work there.

Speaking of the people who work there? You couldn't ask for a better group of folks. They are the perfect mix of knowledgeable and friendly. They really know their stuff, from recommending rigs based on your needs, to flavor suggestions when you're looking to try something new and different, or finding something to replace a juice you can't find or get anymore.

Seriously... if you're looking for a vape shot, stop in at Misty Mountain Vapors. You won't be disappointed, and you'll likely be pleasantly surprised!

Being the only game in town, they could really be a piece of work. But they aren't. They care about the customers as soon as they walk in the door. Sure, they want to make a buck, otherwise why open a store? But they aren't going to pressure you to make that buck, and they really are concerned about you leaving happy and staying happy. They want you vaping.
