I have used blue link several times and every time they have been helpful and patient. My first time coding a car Joe talked me through the process and stayed on the phone with me until the we were able to get fully set up. Anytime we are unable to get a ticket the same day they go out of there way to ensure we are first in line the following and since my shop is on the west coast and they are on the east, the tech helping has even stayed late to help me get my car out. I have never had a less the great experience with bluelink.

The services Beckmann and Bluelink provide are a huge asset to my business. I am able to provide so much more to our customer because of the parts and programming they have. I highly recommend using them for any and all module and programming you may need.

Bob, Steve and Andrew are awesome, others I am sure too.Their parts are better than excellent, I referred many other shops after they had issues with so called re builders, fixed their issues every time, often for less money. They have also been very helpful many times. Give them a try, I have never had a regret here at Reiling automotive.

Have used Bluelink to code about 10 transmission modules. Thus far we've had zero comebacks or unresolved issues. Beckmann Technologies has obviously invested the R&D to bring a quality service and new repair options to the independent shop and ultimately the end user.
