Shoe Carnival

Two good experiences with both Shoe Carnival. Brayden was tremendously big help with me. Then the place today had fun drawing and I love the atmosphere of this shoe store. Great selection and variety.

this experience was awesome! I got to spin a wheel, to get between 2, or 5$ off my purchase-because I bought 2 pair of shoes... it was fun, and the cashier was super friendly... management was very helpful also... their selection of shoes was enormous and had my size in every shoe I was interested in...I will be returning to this store as frequently as possible! thanks guys!

Best customer service! In this do it yourself world, it was refreshing to have someone who was pleasant and willing to help me. I got the shoes I was looking for, and they are perfect.

I have to give these guys an A+ after my first visit to Shoe Carnival in years. I was looking for some new walking shoes and did some reading on Nike's website to find the appropriate shoe due to my 5yr old Roma's actually coming apart. It took me a while to find some Nike Air Max in a size 10 1/2 after walking 4 aisles but the Mgr came along and found me one set and I found a second set after some more looking and deciding I d take a 2nd set of white ones with black trim. I was then offered a deal to sign up for email specials and got the second set at 50% off. Since then I get daily emails with varying amounts of discounts to use for future buys. I am very happy with my purchase and appreciate the helpful staff for saving me time and money. Keep up the good work.

They had a lot of nice shoes on sale and the rep was really nice and friendly. I went in because I seen a shoe online and wanted to see if they had it in the store but that brand was an online purchase only, however the rep still checked for similar shoes and assisted me.

So today's visit was great my husband and I had made plans to go to Shoe Carnival at this specific location to get some shoes and a certain kind that we both been wanting and after 15 minutes upon arrival they are giving out tickets to win free shoes and the shoes were the same brand that my husband and I were wanting so we thought to ourselves what a coincidence. Needless to say when they did the raffle ticket we were the winner of the free pair of Hey dudes... the team that was there were really great and super friendly and extremely motivated

Great experience!!! It was the 4th shoe store I had been to with my two young daughters looking for school shows. Ms. Willene was a GREAT help and truly God sent. She sized my girls and showed me where and what type of shoes works better for my girls sizes. She was truly a blessing!!! We'll definitely be back!!!

I have shopped there since I was a kid. The only problem is they don't have a huge selection. They pick a few shoes and buy a ton of those shoes. It would be nice to have a larger selection. Especially considering the store isn't small. But I'll keep going lol

The manager was amazing! She was super awesome promoting the business on the intercom & she assisted me with taking off my old shoe's & put on my new ones for me without me having to ask for help. I really appreciate it considering I'm a quadriplegic. She is also a veteran of 15 years. She needs a raise! I will be a repeat customer.

This location has awesome customer service. My family and I were greeted with smiles and we felt welcome. At checkout, my children were even gifted with cool prizes!

Great customer service. Store is very clean and well organized. Sales associates are very helpful yet not over bearing. They have great sales and prices in general.

Grandma shoe shopping with 5 and 6 year old. Great help from two young ladies from store. Even young lady at check out made experience fun. Store is fortunate to have wonderful staff.

I needed to have my daughter's feet measured. I went to 3 other shoe stores that didn't have the tool to do it.
Brooks greeted me when I walked in, measured my daughter's feet. Explained what shoes may work best for her.
I appreciate true Customer Service....especially these days when it can be challenging to find answers to your questions.

Found the perfect work shoes here!!! Lots to choose from and theres always people standing around to help to make sure your 100 percent satisfied. They were also on sale so that was a plus.. they may just need some more cashiers up front sometimes.

Omg! I've never had such an experience getting shoes. Mr. Johnny was so immeasurably helpful and efficient! I was floored! I walked in looking for a sturdy pair of shoes for work hoping to just find something and get out, but as I hate shopping I was quickly lost in the selection. Mr. Johnny noticed right away. He asked me a few questions and quickly assertained what I was looking for then helped me find the perfect pair. I am elated with my purchase and the wonderful service. I will never buy shoes anywhere else again and you won't want to either!
