Great store! I love Lowe’s. The people are great. The prices are better than the other big box lumber store. I shop here commercially and spend quit a bit. They have an excellent rewards program for commercial customers. The commercial department is more ready to handle my needs than the other store in town.

Today my husband and I went to Lowe’s in Decatur, Al. We went to get us a new smoker. Mike (lawn and garden) and Jeff (assistant manager) were absolutely amazing. They took the time to answer all our questions, checked availability for product, gave information about saving money and helped load the heavy smoker. At the end they both shook our hands and told us to have a blessed day. Definitely will look for those two next time I go into Lowe’s for a big purchase!

Everything was awesome. We needed some 2x2 ceiling tiles for a drop ceiling. There were none on the floor so they had to get the forklift to get a pallet down. The guys doing the work were so friendly and even helped load the flat cart with what we needed. Awesome experience all the way around!

Helpful employees! Friendly atmosphere. I always choose Lowes over other home improvement centers. Always happy with my experience.

I went to Lowe's for a new project I have just begun doing. I'm painting furniture. The guy at the paint counter walked me through the kinds of pain I would need for the different kind of wood I wad painting. The employees are always eager to help you pick out the correct product you need. They also have the best colors to pick from in their paint department. The cashier, Heather, helped me with the self checkout when I couldnt figure it out. She was very courteous and offered to help me get my stuff to my car. I would highly recommend Lowe's for any home improvement projects you have around your house.

Nice store , helpful staff. Clean and has a little bit of everything. What you might expect from Lowe's.

We went for pool salt. Went in the garden side and unbelievably there was six bags discounted on a cart waiting for us ! The fastest trip ever. Very happy today ! Pool cleaned for the last time . Thanks Lowe's

Mainly go there for tools. Nice selection at good prices, but don't believe thier website. Just because the website says they have a 12 volt 2 pack od Dewalt 5ah batteries for $149, then I get there and employee tells me it could be in a box, anyplace in the store and we can't find it, even tho it says we have 10. Then since I gotta have 2 12volt batteries, I have to pay $99 a piece for 2 separate ones. But thats life.

I want to shout out Lauren and the other great employees that work here. They seem to really care about customers and their jobs. Definitely my first and favorite spot to hit up if I need anything for the house.

It was just a quick stop in to get an item we needed. Of course Lowes had it in stock as they normally do when we need something. We shop at Lowe's frequently.

My favorite store to shop. Cheaper than the big orange store and usually don't have to do self checkout. Always friendly with me and my dogs. Knowledgeable and helpful too.

Always a new layout. And usually shelves are stocked. Get all your needs at a good price and get in and out. No hassle...😎

Love the flower section! Never had any complaints going to this store for many years!

Sean at Lowe's was awesome he talked to me about the product I was buying took me to where it was supposed to be located did an extra search to try to find it and it wasn't available. Any also told me where I could go and purchase it somewhere else in the meantime. Which is a very unselfish thing to do. I appreciate the time in the generosity of this young man. Mike (Doc) is the best! He goes above and beyond to help you find anything that you are looking for, either online or in the store. I just moved here and thank God he was the one I met to help me. He has excellent customer service and he always has a smile and makes you feel welcome.

Fast pickup order...FINALLY was able to find some disinfectant spray (Microban) not lysol but it's just as good..they actually had it in stock, so last night i was able to grab a few cans online and the next day the order was ready and I chose to walk in & get it, literally in & out. Would definitely do it again if I need something else from lowes.

We bought new washer yesterday, salesman rang up wrong washer and wrong washer delivered this morning. I called store today and DAKOTA took my call and requested us to meet him in appliance area and he will resolve our issue. He was waiting on us when we arrived. He was quick to own the mistake. He quickly resolved all paperwork and has the correct washer scheduled for delivery tomorrow. Dakota is a great asset to Decatur store. His customer service is awesome and outstanding.
