The staff is very helpful and kind. The store manager is awesome and works hard to keep the store up to par. Great place to shop.

The body spray and lotions are great no complaints there. My COMPLAINT is how RUDE the cashiers are. It’s ridiculous how many times i come into my favorite shop and always leave hurt because of how rude the cashiers are. I come in excited and they RUIN the experience for me. I will NEVER shop here again. I will be going to the one in Madison.

UPDATE: Had to change my 1 star to a 5 my first time coming to this place in months. I gotta say there has been a HUGE improvement with the service. I was shocked at how friendly EVERYONE was this time. I couldn’t believe it. Even the woman that was so hateful to me before was so sweet to me today. Wow what a turn around. I will come back and highly recommend. Fabulous service 👍🏻 I left feeling happy ❤

This store is always so great! They always have a great stock of products and the employees are always there to help but they're not overly Helpful if you know what I mean. They let you shop and get what you need. I definitely appreciate that.

Got a coupon in the mail for a free product. Took the coupon in, the workers were so nice. They showed me what my coupon was good for, I picked one, and was out of there! So many good smells too choose from!

Very nice and helpful employee's. A good selection of products., my favorite are the Coco Shea Honey,, and Sea Island Cotton products. During the holiday season my favorite is Vanilla Bean Noel, and certain candle scents. The only downside is I've been trying to get their coupons through the mail for over a year, my aunt and other relatives get them all the time. I don't have much money, so the coupons for free items I really need, I could get some of the products I use, and start getting Christmas gifts put away.

I have always loved Bath and Body Works! I went yesterday and they were having a huge sale on most everything in the store. The new Christmas scents are amazingly great! Everyone loves to get a gift from Bath and Body Works.

I love bath and body works they help me find what I was looking for they had three ppl checking ppl out it was very quick the lady that check me out was very nice! ' Try the body scrub they have it is awesome. I have always used only [Sweet Pea] spray and lotion body wash gel I don't use anything eles or use perfume...they don't sell it in the body scrub in my fav and only kind i love and only buy but I got two other body scrubs smells.. 💜TRY THE BODY SCRUB💜

The staff is always friendly and very helpful. I brought my granddaughter and the young lady who helped us walked around with. She treated her like a v.i.p. my grandaughter is 5.

Always a plus&minus when visiting here. I love all of their new scents and fragrances but there's also SO much. Too much, but not in a bad way.

Always love even just going in there. Awesome sales ALL the time. Mostly besides victoria secret and some of the big department stores thats the main reason I even visit malls. I usually head straight to bath and body works. My favs are winter candy apple, beautiful day, and a thousand wishes but a bunch of new spring scents just came out and im excited to go check them out!!!

Had a coupon sale. Got a free item. Bought their lotion in a glass pump bottle. Love it. Been at same mall location for years.

Super friendly employees! Huge selection of products to choose from and they always have some type of deal or coupons you can use. Love shopping here.

Bath an Body Works is one of my favorite places to shop they always have good deals for Christmas gifts an it's always nice employees working.
