Walgreens

I have had a few bumps with Walgreens over the years, but I believe the staff does a good job of helping their customers. In particular, they have helped me save money using copay coupons. Being a pharmacy tech is a tough job and I suspect that the pay could be better. Many of the difficulties that patients (customers) encounter originate in the doctor's office, with insurance companies and Walgreens corporate. In many respects, the entire healthcare delivery system is broken. Don't shoot the messenger (pharmacy tech) when things don't workout. Work with the face you see, they are often times willing to go to great lengths to help. BTW, you could not ask for a nicer store staff member than Marty.

I'm not sure where the negative reviews are coming from, but I've always found the pharmacy staff to be friendly - looking up my order as I approach the desk (they know my name). And the staff stocking the shelves are always willing to help a guy find the makeup his wife put on the shopping list.

The pharmacist at the this location was so kind and friendly when giving me a flu shot. She engaged in conversation and when the poke came, I barely even noticed. I really appreciate all the ladies in the pharmacy being so nice, especially when so many other grocery and drug stores turned me away for a flu shot because they were too busy, despite the "we give flu shots here" signs outside of their buildings. Thanks West Eisenhower Walgreens!

Super convenient location and they have a great candy selection with deals all the time. Friendly staff and usually a quick in and out process. Havent filled a script here yet but will upon the need and add to review. They always have a great price on Mio water mixes too which are either pricey or hard to find elsewhere.

Shannon at the pharmacy is very nice and always busy. People get frustrated but she always trys to please.

Great pharmacy. Always quick with friendly service.

The pharmacist is wonderful they called my doctor to get the right prescription and even though it took hours they got the Job with me having to deal with it all
