Boot Barn

I sent this email to customer service and wanted to share here too. Last Sunday, I took my husband there to shop for Cheyenne Frontier Days. We walked into the store at 6:05 after just getting into town (from Virginia). The doors were cracked and I assumed they were broken so we walked in. The store manager, Melissa, approached us and asked what we were in for. When I explained "jeans" for my husband who doesn't like to shop she smiled and said she would take care of us. She started picking up some jeans and explaining the styles to us, then paused and asked her associate to unlock the doors to let customers out. I asked her if they were closed and she said "yes, but please don't worry we want to help you get squared away." She not only took her time but also pulled so many styles for him to try on and kept assuring me not to stress that they were past closing time. Her other associate (I forget her name) was helpful as well and we wanted to tip them for staying almost an hour past closing for us but they declined any additional compensation.

We were blown away by the customer service we received from Melissa and her team. We went back the next day with my sister and mom to get them stuff too and again it was a great experience. Our receipt got accidentally thrown away in Wyoming, but I wanted to make sure you knew of this awesome experience and what a gem Melissa is as a manager. She is the type of woman I would want to work for!

This was my first time in a Boot Barn and I was very impressed. Right away Sarah greeted us and was SO helpful. She recommended what kind of boots would be comfortable and wouldn't need much breaking in since they were for this weekend. She was great at checking in with us but didn't hover or make us feel pressured. She is a great associate and I hope she is there next time I need to do some shopping.

I went in for some cologne for my husbands birthday. I had both of my very young kids with me & the sales associate Mandy was so amazing! She entertained my toddler by being silly, giving her perfume, & trying on hats all so I can peacefully pick out something for him! Thank you Mandy, you’re amazing & we need more people like you in this world! (Hopefully I got her name correct)

Stellar staff, service and selection! Always find something here whether its a cute dress for me or jeans for my hubby! The staff are always so friendly and helpful! Stetson cowboy hat cleaning service offered here too.

Gentleman named Patrick helped us out. Very attentive, knowledgeable and had had a good conversation with us. Very refreshing to talk to someone working retail with so much personality. Helped us pick out a pair of boots. Great experience

Definitely appreciate the employees here super helpful and even followed up with us after taking the survey on our receipt. Big selection on clothing and boots both women and men.Will definitely be recommending this location to friends and family.

Amazing staff not like the other bootbarn . Clean and neat .

I walked in to pick up my hat that I left overnight to be reshaped the next morning. The hat was not ready and one of the staff leads was being very rude. She was going to refuse to reshape it until another employee offered to help. I knew it might not be the best material on a hat to reshape, but decided to give it a shot anyway. If I knew I would’ve had that interaction, I would have just kept it at home.

Walked in was never greeted or asked if i needed help with anything with all these workers up front. Employees didn't have any customer service. I ended up getting boots and usually get a box with my boots. This time when getting my boots i asked for a box for them and the employee still asked someone w his earpiece if they come with a box?? Then he proceeded to tell me it would be an extra charge! If you don't go to a shoe store and get shoes without the shoebox. Goofy teens working at some store that need better training

Walked in looking for some work boots , nobody offered to help, I could have asked , but I really feel customer service is still a great way to keep customers. Was very disappointed. At least 6 employees. Nobody bothered to even check on myself or two others looking . Was not very busy on a Sunday around 3pm

Disappointed in the lack of employee training at this location. I have had multiple issues at the registers that could've been prevented, if employees were properly trained. Selection is great but not worth the hassle!
