These guys were the best! We ordered balloons off of Amazon for a specific party, these guys filled them up for a very reasonable price. Then, when one of the balloons wouldn't hold air, (oops, a hole in it) they replaced it with one of their own at zero cost to us.
They were kind, helpful and very proficient.

Great store! I've been to plenty of other Party City stores and none add up to this one. The place is always super tidy and clean and the staff is AMAZING, they've got a great team!

Lots of party paraphernalia for all kinds of events. Many balloons to choose from. Service was great; I couldn't find an item and someone came out from the service counter to help me search. We couldn't find it and he was very apologetic.

I went to the store to buy decorations for my Hubby’s 50th birthday party. Miles, an employee was extremely helpful with giving me ideas of what to add to my decorations. He was very patient! Great attitude. Miles works at the Fort Collins Party City location and he was at the Longmont location helping. I am was grateful for meeting such a great person! Thank you so much Miles!

Staff is seriously the best; so incredible and nice! Always get something fun when I make a trip. Helped us find great Fourth of July goodies for a fabulous deal!

First time I’d been to Party City. Tons of stuff. I got all I needed for my daughter’s 5th birthday party, and then some! Went back a few times to get extra items and to ask questions. One young staff member who served me multiple times was particularly helpful and happily buoyant. I went back today after my girl’s party, to ask for a discount on one of their large helium balloons as ours burst a little more easily than you would expect, and then the replacement did the same. After checking in with her supervisor today’s staff member gave me a second replacement at no charge. That’s good customer service.

I can always find what I need here, no matter how random. Without thinking, we went in on the night before Halloween to get stuff for my daughters birthday party. The line was crazy long but the people working the registers got everyone through really fast. What I thought would be a complete drag wasn't a big deal at all. I was pleasantly surprised.

Name the party item that you need Party City has it! I especially love the areas where it is color-coded as it makes your shopping easier. For example, we went in to get yellow gift wrap packaging for my daughter's friend's birthday gift. And we were in a hurry. We went straight to the yellow section, grabbed what we needed and were out the door within 10 minutes. Perfect!

Great for kids party supplies, basically found everything I needed for my sons birthday. They didn't have alot of staff when I went but they tried their best between customers to keep things organized. Would recommend going here over Walmart for birthday stuff.

I had the most amazing experience here at the Longmont location and the manager Jon helped me find everything I need for my event. Couldn’t have asked for a better shopping experience!

The store was very clean, getting halloween stuff in. The employee at the front was helpful. They were trying to get thea/c fixed, but everyone had a great attitude without complaining.

Loved that they carried all the local High Schools themed balloons, photo booth, glasses, picture frames, well you name it and they had it in each schools colors everything you could think of for graduation and all the other parties going on around each schools calendar
