The staff at this particular UPS store are always so friendly. I always leave with a smile on my face even if simply from overhearing them interacting with someone else. It’s always a lovely experience. Also everyone is very competent and helpful.

The customer service in this particular UPS store is the best I have ever received. The manager there is great, and all of her employees treat the customers with respect the store gets a 10 from me.

This is the best UPS store I’ve ever been to. Someone always greets you when you walk through the door. The manager is cheerful and the team is knowledgeable and courteous. They all work very quickly and well together. I am continuously surprised at how friendly people are here. They offer suggestions on best shipping too. Kudos!!

I have been visiting the UPS store in Springboro, OH for over 15 years for my shipping needs. I am not a commercial customer so my visits are infrequent. Everybody at the store is very helpful, polite, and prompt. A special shout out to Debbie who is always very positive and ready to help. Recently, I reached this store at 8:00 AM because I thought they open at 8:00 and not 8:30. As I was walking away from the store somebody called me and of course it was Debbie. She helped with my shipping in her, usual, polite and happy demeanor a half hour before their opening time. Thanks Debbie for your help over the years!
