The customer service I receive at this store is outstanding . Hailey Abney is the most knowledgeable helpful kind person I have ever had the opportunity to meet . She goes out of her way to do everything she can to help me . I can only imagine how far she will go in this company with her amazing work ethic.

Came in to return some amazon packages. I forgot to tape up the box or print the return label so I was kicking myself that I would have to come back later, because I hate paying extra money for something so easy to do myself. The person working was super sweet and printed the label and taped it all up for me for free! I mentioned one of the things I was returning were some coasters that arrived broken and she even recommended some cute ones she found. So friendly. This is my new favorite location!

Always friendly people. Gets very busy at times but they move quickly and never a long wait. Good place to ship packages.

THIS IS THE BEST UPS STORE!!
I went in with my Grandma's recipe box and an idea...I wanted to make small recipe books for all my family members, but that's all I knew. I went in and said, "Here's what I have an here's what I want to spend". The outcome brought me to tears. Mike did an amazing job designing these recipe flip books. They are perfect and I can't wait to give them to my family! All the staff that I've encountered at this UPS location has been kind, helpful, professional, and very knowledgeable. Mike has won me over as a loyal customer and I'm proud to say that I support this locally owned business!

Great customer service on each visit.

This is one of the busiest locations but the staff is always friendly and courteous! They are knowledgeable and with that are very helpful and really takes care of the customers! I will always go to this location because of the staff and the awesome customer service that they provide!

Great service for shipping. Something is wrong with the plotting/printing cost for engineering drawings however. The quote I got was 6 times the cost from a local professional printing service, so asked again to verify the cost. It was indeed about 6 times the cost. And the local printers delivers for free. shipping is great here, but printing will never succeed.

I teach classes at the local college. I need assistance with structuring and duplication of documents for the classes I teach. Michael, one of the store managers, has been a very beneficial assistance to me. Michael is always kind and patient. The services he renders are excellent and has been an asset for the success of my classroom instruction. Thank you Michael and UPS.

In and out in 5 minutes ( or less)
Brought in equipment to return to Direct/ATT. He scanned the Ser#'s, asked for my name..printed my receipt. Quick, efficient and friendly.
I read several other reviews and chose this store because of its rating.

This UPS Store does SO much for us - not just provide a central location for our mail box! Business cards, Promotional items, Postcards, even Canvas pictures! Wonderful customer service and their "Say/Do" is 100%!

My son is in military and needed items shipped out to him. UPS staff was very helpful and organized in getting the items my son needed to him without incident and in a timely manner! Thank you UPS! Cost very reasonable

Great service. Prices good to but watch out for large items where the price can go way up (typical of others? I did not check). Otherwise, easy and professional staff and they deliver on time as promised.

Mike Metz from the tri-county location is amazing he did some canvas pictures for me (I’m really picky) and they turned out awesome! Not to mention he had them done in a day and a half( might have been sooner but I was being slow on my end) I would/will recommend mike and the tri county ups for any of your printing/shipping needs! Thank you so much I’m super excited and satisfied with my pictures!!!!

This store has the BEST staff. They always are friendly and very knowledgeable.

Marcia (who I think is the owner) was very quick and efficient. She had us in and out in just a couple of minutes with two packages to address and drop-off. Very friendly too.
