Has a Scan and Go app, which allows you to scan your merchandise while shopping, skipping the line and paying as you walk towards the exit. Super convenient. No lines at checkout.

Negative - long line to get out of the club while they check receipts. I can do my trip in under 10 minutes but stand in line for 15 minutes. They need to figure out a way to speed up leaving the club.

Everything was great today at Sam's except there were few cashiers and the automated machines we're only about 1/3 working. Several of the items I used to pick up at Sam's are no longer there but I don't blame sams for that. That's probably just a matter of manufacturing. Great store neat aisles.

Great places to get bulk supplies and groceries. Seems to always people super crowded, free samples throughout the store. Great prices!

Always a goid selection of products, but often times you do need tonprice check against other stores to ensure you are actually saving money

Shopping out door rugs, laundry detergent and food items. Great for bulk shopping.

I am more comfortable with with Sam’s club than Costco. Their scan and go for check out and gas station is really helpful. Another thing is the waiting time for gas is not much. Usually have available parking spot, do not have to do couple of round to have parking. I do not have really big city experience on this case though!

They are always helpful. David is my favorite cashier and even when I am just going in to the cafe to grab a bite to eat I love seeing him. The ladies in the cafe are always nice. Hoping they can fully staff the cafe so it is open when it should be.

Almost always worth the trip. Today was odd though. About 20 people in line waiting to leave the store. I’ve never seen a line that long before. Staffing issue maybe…

Scan and go is the way to go. Pizza is amazing, sales are good, and now they have sushi.

I have to give credit when its due. 2 great employees, Lakeisha and angel were super cool, friendly and helpful. I would have to give the both of them 10/10 is the way that they helped me and how friendly they were they absolutely deserve a raise

Ordered a 7 piece patio set and picked up at store. David and Jeff in the pickup area were exceptional. They went above and beyond helping us get everything in the truck safe and secure. Kudos to them.

Crowded today. long lines in the check out.Thankful for app. Scan and go. Only time I waited was to exit store. Had some good sales.

Placed an online order and I was notified that it was ready an hour before my pickup time.
When I arrived I notified them I was there through the Sam's Club app and my order was delivered right away and loaded into my car.

I went for pharmacy & Scott is the best. He called me when he said he would. He made sure I was absolutely comfortable with my new meds before allowing me to leave. He cares & it shows!

Easy to shop isles, clean facilities. Strange odor throughout the frozen foods section; Deterrence since nothing there is inexpensive!
