Edit: I still love this place I always go here! But I do wanna say, I hope you maybe consider staying open until 8 because I work basically the hours you’re open. Love this place you guys rock!

Isaac was phenomenal. I went here for my husband. I had no idea what I was doing. He guided me through the entire process. He made suggestions and explained why he made those suggestions. My experience wasn't the typical, "What do you want?", it was, "How can I help you find what you want?" Great customer service. Isaac was extremely helpful.

Awesome store. Prices are a little high but well worth it. Very attentive and not pushy at all. If they don't know the answer to your question they let you know and give you ideas on where you might find the answers. This is my permanant vape shop now. Customer service is excellent

Great selection of juices, and the testers are decent so you can get a real taste of what you're buying beforehand. They also have a very good selection of Tanks, batteries, and accessories. They also have a selection of clearance tanks that are no longer made. Also I stayed a while just to talk to the associate

The staff are phenomenal. They know the products well and have a great and friendly attitude. I’ve been coming here for almost a year and always have a great experience. I would highly recommend this store if you want to try and quit smoking or if you are a vaping hobbyist and would like to learn about new product in the market.

These guys that work here are passionate about what they do. They may be a little quirky, but they would probably admit that to you. They are always quick to help and don't make you feel stupid for not knowing products. The only thing I would recommend is that if a regular is waiting for a quick in and out product they try to get them out the door faster. But the sheer fact that these guys are so genuine and likeable makes this a 5 star establishment. If you want the best friendliest advice around go see these guys. There is a reason this business was voted 5 stars. I was just looking to see if they are open on Sunday and felt compelled to write a review. Keep up the good work guys!

Conveniently located off 275 & RT 4. Parking is never an option at this location. Quite a few people working during my last visit. The guy that helped me was awesome. I came in for a juice but they didn't have my nic level. He made a couple suggestions and I picked one and don't regret it at all. No pressure before cashing out about mods or other items. I'll definitely be back bc they put my name on a list for when they get the juice I wanted in stock!

I absolutely love this store!!!!!! They have FANTASTIC employees and are always on top of there game! They are very helpful and are always there for questions:-) I refuse to go any place but here! My first time visiting the shop it's a hobby of mine to go to different shops around the Cincy area. First impression a couple of really nice guys who had a decent selection for a smaller shop. They had most of the newer mesh tanks that are out and replace coils for all. Not alot of mods but the ones they had where good brands. I will definitely be stopping in again to purchase some needs and to just say hello

This place is great the staff is very knowledgeable and helpful. They also carry a good variety of juice and mods at a fair price. They also have a really good costumer loyalty program.

I bought 2 different vapes for thc concentrates and they work very good. Quality is outstanding but the staff is AWSOME. I must have asked a million questions I even left and came back to ask a couple more and they were super nice and helpful. I Absolutely would recommend them to anyone. They know there stuff there.

GREAT LOCAL SHOP! Knowledgeable staff helped me find just what I was looking for. I am really picky about flavors and they helped me find a great one! It is pretty close to my work so makes for a convient stop to kill time. Though the counter guy ragged on my AL85. It was a great option to see if I could actually make the switch to vape and away from cigarettes. Could not be happier.

absolutely love love love the staff here especially the manager. always super helpful, the manager built me an awesome clapton coil to prevent me from buying a new drip tip and saved my life! lol but seriously these guys rock and i recommend this location to everyone i know

This place is very friendly and full of stuff that May be a little bit different but frankly will take care of you when it comes to what you are looking for in an electric cigerette . Even though they might be a little bit crazy at-times they are still one of the best places I've found around that actually know what they're talking about when it comes to both fluid and actual parts batteries and other components To a electric ciggerette otherwise known as a vaporizer.

11/29/018 - I typically do not write reviews but had to pass it along. First time at this particular vape shop. AWESOME. The GM/Manager is awesosme. Was very impressed with his knowledge. Will be my go to vape shop. Keep up the excellency Isaac!!

LOVE THIS ALT SMOKE! I go every two weeks and the staff is so knowledgeable and helpful! They know me and my order by heart almost and they always have things in stock! I refuse to drive closer to Eastgate location because this store EXCELLS at customer service. They make it feel like home. Love love love love love Springdale Alt Smoke. By far the best customer service I have ever gotten anywhere. I am a loyal customer FOR LIFE!!! Only at this location, though!
