CVS

One of the best CVS I have been so far. Overall the clerks are always pleasant and helpful which is helpful to any place of business. Most of my visits are to pick up prescriptions. The line occasionally gets long, but pharmacy staff are very efficient and super helpful, especially when something glitchy happens with insurance coverage.

I've been lucky this CVS is the closes to my house. I've taken for granted how friendly and accomodating the staff is, especially the Pharmacy staff, until I have to shop elsewhere due to traveling. They are always wonderful even during these busy time while customers have been more on edge.

There was unfortunately an employee there weeks ago who was on the floor talking to someone on her iPhone w/ AirPods during her shift. She happened to be African American & she avoided me as a shopper twice; however, the manager (rather short & slim Caucasian women) was very helpful while busy taking out garbage. I hated having to write this, but you can’t disrespect shoppers for whatever reason. (Racism also is not tolerated in our neighborhood. Just saying in case you’re thinking otherwise as you read this.) Shoppers are the reasons these chains operate. The store was clean, and I’d like to see them well stocked with Orgain Creamy Chocolate Protein shakes. We’re also not getting enough coupons. (The shakes are priced 11.99 @ CVS while 7.50 at H-E-B.) Keep up the good work management!

The best service I’ve ever received at a CVS location. The staff was very friendly and professional.

Would like to give a shout out to Victoria who is doing the COVID rapid results testing inside CVS. I have to get test done weekly and she’s has seen me multiple times. Victoria is very quick and efficient and always has a great attitude. She will send a detailed text saying where you need to come/ what you need to bring, and I’m done with in just a few mins. Thanks Victoria for all you do to make it quick and seamless!

For coronavirus vaccination only: I was able to schedule a last minute appointment with this CVS for my coronavirus booster shot. I completed my paperwork online, and I received my booster shot in a timely manner. I received the paperwork for my booster shot as well. Overall, I was very pleased with my experience.

Can't speak highly enough of the pharmacy staff! Scheduled an appointment for a COVID-19 test the day before. I really expected there to long wait times but I only had to wait 5ish minutes for the customer ahead to do her test. The pharmacist apologized for the wait time and gave excellent customer service! 10/10 would recommend

I've been using this CVS for years. They are always friendly and wait times minimal. There is one pharmacist that greets me by name everytime we're in the store.

Omar who works in the pharmacy went above and beyond with helping my parents save alot of money on there medicine. I'd like to thank him personally for his help and time that he gave them. August 7th 3:30pm.

Victoria in the clinic area was amazing! I was hesitant at first going to the CVS clinic but Victoria took any doubts I may have had and was very professional and charismatic!

The pharmacy staff is absolutely wonderful my husband is always taken care of and they make sure that they have his medications in stock and ready for him at all times when needed I couldn't ask for a better pharmacist thank you Miss Sharon

Scheduled a rapid test for 3:05. Victoria text me and allowed me to come immediately! Appreciate her responsiveness and getting me in and out quickly!
