I am very fond of this place. Especially the delicious boba. But when I came in to look for some candy I was approached by a very slender young lady. She seemed to be working there and during multiple occasions I was approached and scared by her. I have video for proof but I am not happy with how she approached me. Especially being so tall and resembling slender man. I myself have crippling anxiety 👩🏼‍🦽 especially of slender daddy but that won’t stop me from coming back to get some balls 🧋

Best boba grate service. literally my favorite craving is the strawberry boba smoothie 🧋vary sweet and creamy as well as the boba balls are literally perfect perfect 😭⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

This is the only store you can get cigarettes in Queen Kahumaanu Center and the business is run by a very nice woman.

I am a former local from O'ahu who moved to the mainland a few years ago. My parents were born there, and I went through the local grade school system. I asked a mainland friend who visited Maui recently to bring me back some Chinese "crack seed" ginger, something I first tried at McCully Chop Sui. I ended up receiving wet Li Hing Mui that was literally cracked. As in, smashed. The seeds were impossible to eat, as I kept spitting them out. My friend told me she got an extremely cold reception. Perhaps she was too "mainland tourist" or something.

I realize Maui has gone through some tragic trauma recently. But visitors, whether they are from Hawaii or not, do have options. My friend is now considering Kona for her vacation next year instead, even though she has been a regular to Maui all her life. And I doubt I will ever visit this shop now.

Within 5 min I left. They have to serve you (sanitary reasons) but what gets me is that they require you to buy at least a quarter pound of their products and pricing is not cheap. If I was restaurant owner I would buy in bulk if I knew if the product was good. However this is a small store in a mall that doesn't have a lot of traffic. I would buy anything for $34.99/pound without know if it's good. Better off at Long's or Foodlamd to get Hawaiian seed snacks

I bought today a pack of Varo Mango and when I was about to eat one it had bite marks from something. I always buy the same lollipops there but this pack there were dark things on the lollipop. The bite had black things on it. The marks look like a rat chewing on the pack.
