Kohl's

Came in to drop off some Amazon returns. The store is super clean, well-stocked, and well-organized. I was really impressed by the housewares and decor departments. The employees are friendly and helpful, especially Tyree, who was working the Amazon drop-off counter. Despite a continuously long line (there were 14 people ahead of me when I arrived and at least as many in line when I left), Tyree was cheerful and courteous. He worked quickly to help all of the customers with their returns, his smile never wavering.

I like the selection of men's clothes. Also like the Amazon return, but it's not easy to find when you first walk into the store. It's in the far left corner... Only saw one sign at the return counter. Once there the return was super easy... Just had to give them the QR code Amazon sent to me. 😊

Kohl’s always have good deals and great home goods. They have a return Amazon department as well. I mainly come here for my athletic gear for me and my children . The prices are insane. The UA tennis always come and go so I have to go weekly to see what they have .

Kohl's gets 5 stars for the way they handle checkout this holiday season. Today I went to purchase something and found the checkout line wrapping back to the returns area. My immediate thought was to come back another time but I decided to stay in line. They moved that whole line through so fast that I was out in 10 minutes. Update... Another year has gone by and it's the holiday season again. Once again, I found a friendly staff member who helped me track down a featured item.

Fun store bought a lot of new clothes today with gift cards from Christmas time.

Like this Kohl’s. Good selection of clothes, shoes and toys available. But sometimes the checkout lines are long. Customer service is good

Large....spacious...location...clothes and toys for the whole family...many cashiers and registers keep the checkout moving as they treat each "guest" to personal attention and great deals! With a Kohls card you get the best deals always.

Stopped in to exchange an item and to drop off an Amazon return for my guy. How cool that they accept returns for Amazon....so convenient. The customer service for both was very quick and polite despite the lines.

I love Kohl's sales and have been very happy with the quality of the clothing that I've bought. I like their varied offerings.

My go to for Amazon returns, not where I typically shop but Amazon returns are quick and effortless. Staff is always friendly and helpful. Parking isn't a mess either- lots of open spots
