AT&T Store

Staff members there are very helpful and cooperative and the best in my opinion is less waiting time to get your service.

This location is the best location I’ve been to in Athens. The workers there go above and beyond in customer service and explain everything clearly and precisely. I recommend going to the Lexington location in Athens, GA. They always make sure their customers are comfortable and get exactly what they need.

Miguel was awesome
Even though he was helping others in the store he paused to greet us. And let us know that he'd be with us shortly.
He was the only clerk in the store any multitask and handle three customers at once in between
Each other .
He insured we were Full satisfied prior to leaving the store.

Mike absolutely blew me away with his professionalism and attention to detail. He was manning the store on his own with a long line of customers, several of which were unruly, rude or unprepared. He responded with calm patience and treated each person with dignity, regardless of how they treated him.

He is clearly an expert at his position and was able to do everything I needed very smoothly and quickly. I was so impressed by his high standard for excellence and would recommend AT&T considers him for a high level corporate position.

went in to pay off & trade in my phone, was in & out within 15 mins. super smooth process!

I went into this store on September 5, 2020 to get both of my sons an iPhone! At first I thought I was going to pay a arm and leg!!!! But the staff there clearly had my best interests and my back!!! I was able to get both of my sons a iPhone and cases for a little money. The employees helped me surprise my birthday boy and my oldest son!!! So if you want to purchase from a store that has Chick-Fil-A like customer service go talk to Justin and the Crew❤

The employee named Gentry was extremely helpful changing over my phone. The young gentleman was very courteous and knowledgeable. Should I have another problem, I will return to this location for assistance. Great job AT&T!!!!

Went in this evening and had an amazing experience! Craig is the BEST! He answered every question honestly and gave us the best customer service I've ever had with a cell phone company. Craig was honestly the reason why we decided to continue with the contract plan, because he represented his brand so well! They didn't have our phones in stock, but he called another store and they will have it by opening tomorrow! Once again, I can't express how glad I switched from Verizon to at&t, just for the customer service aspect of the sale. I appreciate you Craig!

I go in the store often the female Manger is very helpful to her costume she do all can to help she is good with what she knows check her out and see for yourself

Chase and Trina are the best. We went to At&t to upgrade a phone and ended up changing internet, television and bundled everything and saved over $150 a month. They were so helpful and answered every question that we had. Please go see them at the Eastside store. You will be so glad you did.

Verizon no! ATT IS A YES! Big thanks to my dude chasen! Totally hooked me up I saved almost 500 cash for the iPhone X and my girl an IPhone 8 plus! He really got me a deal and my monthly bill is 50$ cheaper! Honestly chasen is the real deal and I recommend this store. Go there! Go there! Go there! No one better to hook you up!
