I made an online purchase and picked up curbside. Everything went smoothly from selecting my product to picking it up. The lady who brought my purchase out to me was very polite and nice. I love this store! There is also a lady who works in the photo/print department who has helped me print numerous times and she is awesome!! We've had long conversations while we waited for my items to print. Great store with great employees!!

Our office is in Oklahoma but my boss had a meeting in Alabama and needed a rush print job. I was able to submit an order by email for him to pick up in an hour.

Customer representative at the Cullman Alabama store was very helpful. I ordered on line. They notified me when my product was ready and helped to load it. I ordered the VariDesk ProPlus manual standing desk. I really like it. It is exactly what I needed. And exactly what I expected. It is very sturdy and has multiple heights. Proud I went with Office Depot.

When an expensive ink cartridge I had wrongly chosen by a number over the phone, I only opened the box and discovered I had the wrong one. They helped me exchange for the right one without a problem.

Office Max is the "go to" place to buy office supplies, along with other items and specific services. The sales associates are polite, knowledgeable and eager to help. The products are high quality and reasonably priced.

The staff was super friendly. I was looking for a computer chair and found one that I like. They were out of stock at the store, as well as other stores in the area, and online. The lady who was originally helping me got pulled away, but that was ok because another employee stepped in and let me know that I could purchase the floor model, if I wanted to. The gentleman who stepped in was the one that checked me out. Ultimately, this store has amazingly friendly staff and I will go back to this store for my future office needs!
