Went there for 2phones paid almost 300.00 which is understandable for I and my hubby!But let me just say the worker that helped us named Conner really gets the job done!She takes her job seriously as well and makes sure you get a good deal and leave happy!I and my hubby both enjoyed her helping us there was another employee working didn't get her name either she was also very friendly and happy unlike the other places we've gone they wasn't so friendly and helpful like this place!Conner needs a raise that's for sure!so I recommend you ask for Conner when entering this location she will make sure your satisfied!

I had went in for a replacement SIM card. The store was nice cool and smelled very pleasant. The employees were friendly, helpful, and very efficient. I was in and out quickly.

It's a good phone service if you want a cheap phone but now I have found a better place to get a lot more stuff an that is Specetrum Wireless has wi-fi an internet has a good an cheaper phone than cricket wireless doesn't an I really used to love cricket when they use to give you more memory on your phone but now that I have gotten specetrum I am a VERY 😊HAPPY😊 Man .

The staff were extremely busy, but still found time to acknowledge each customer. I was pleased with how knowledgeable, helpful, and especially friendly one particular employee was with us. Asia, I'd like to say thanks again! Thank you so much!

Everything went great when dealing with Kayla. She was very helpful and listened to what we asked, and had us fixed up in no time. If you could rate by employee then Malcom would get 0 stars. Was very rude and would not listen to what we wanted the first night we went in. He kept trying to tell us what we wanted. My wife even said she liked a phone he showed her then he said "no you want this one". The next day we went in and Kayla was busy with a customer and we told him we would wait for her to help us. Watched him put a screen protector on for another customer and messed it up pretty bad. He kept telling her it would be fine and wouldn't notice it when turned on. She said she could see it and he just said you have better eyes then I do and sent her on. He kept interrupting and trying to jump in while we were getting set up. Overall rating for Kayla and cricket service 5 stars. Malcom 0 stars! I do not recommend him at all!

Just stopped in on an impulse, but when I left I had already made up my mind to drop my service provider and switch to Cricket.
Friendly, responsive staff that went over the options in an easy to understand language along with suggestions worth considering.

Super friendly employees who gave us a few extras for having to wait so long to change our service over to them. The store was also well kept and clean.

We have had Cricket for 2 years. We absolutely love the service. The store however is a little understaffed. I have always dealt with Kayla or Brittany. They have always helped me with any problems i have had.

Malcolm and Kayla are my favorite. They always do us right and I would never choose to go with anyone else. I highly recommend coming to cricket in Cullman. VERY sweet people and will always be willing to help you. I'm behind them 100%

Brittany and Kala are so helpful. Never to busy to wait on you. I know thats their jobs but they just may sure you dont leave not understanding anything that you ask about. Never make you feel that a question is to dumb to ask.

They they the best personal who are very friendly and know there phones and services, the best cricket store as far as the personal of any I have visited in seven states, always pleasure to attend this store.

I have had service with cricket for over three yrs.can't complain. The staff is very helpful. Can go any where in cullman county and not have to worry about my calls being dropped

I just got cricket a bout a month ago, and I get service anywhere, and they have great phones at great prices, our plan has everything I need, unlimited, talk,text, and most importantly,data, all at just 60$ a month!!!cant beat that!
