Missing half of the love seat. Customer service says they will call in 48 hours about it, Not deliver it. Not happy about it.

On short notice, my sales consultant, Sherry, did an excellent job helping me to locate a recliner. She sent me pictures in advance so I could narrow down the choices since time was limited and the store is located approximately 30 miles from my home. I was able to purchase and take delivery within a week which was great !

Baers has long been our go to, but recently when we had an insurance claim (which we purchased at the time of sale) they walked us through the process and John Thomson made sure everything was done to take care of us, his customer. His follow-up throughout was excellent. Nice to know that amazing customer service is still around.

Our new coffee table and end table are beautiful. The quality is better than we even expected. They are substantial, perfect size, and well finished.
The delivery service is phenomenal! They are so careful and professional.

We purchase many items for our new home and needed help in design (Thank you Sherri) and for extended storage. Finally days after our closing, hard working delivery associates (thank you Pedro) arrived to haul in and set up with our designer on site to make it look just right. The furniture looks lovely - well crafted and elegant- and promises to bring joy to our family and guests.

Today, we received our new bed and side tables. The gentlemen who delivered were first class! They arrived timely, worked quickly and in coordination with one another.
