We purchased our new home appliances from Sally at the Bonita Springs store. Sally was great to work with and she price matched every sale price we found from the time of purchase until delivery. We have had a few issues with the appliances. The response to our issues has been exceptional and prompt. Recently, when having an issue with our refrigerator, I called service and had someone out to look at it the same day! When there was an issue with the repair, they made it right and are delivering a new refrigerator tomorrow. It is often less expensive to buy at a larger big box store, but we opted for the personal service of Bill Smith and we have not regretted it. We have referred several people to Sally and will continue to share our positive experience.

Could not have been easier to buy a new washer and dryer. Johnny was fantastic reviewing my options. What I loved best was their own in house service department. My sister bought everything from them for her new kitchen and have been incredibly responsive to all her issues.

Me and my family needed a washer/dryer last min fast. Went to every store in naples with no such luck. Last stop was bill smith. They not only had availability they made sure to go above and beyond and have it delivered to me asap but thats not all they where hundreds cheaper on the for same unit with better 5 year warranty.

We purchased our kitchen appliances 12 years from Bill Smith and yesterday needed a new dishwasher. Chuck was the ultimate professional and when the model I wanted wasn’t in stock he walked me over a to different model that really had everything I wanted and I saved several hundred dollars!
