Thank goodness for Tallanna’s help at Verizon! My phone was not operating at all and she fixed my problem completely. She was extremely capable and friendly. Her service was fast and worked perfectly and she made me feel very comfortable. 👍🏻👍🏻

Carlos was amazing! I broke my screen, and went in to get a new phone. Nearly broke my heart and Christmas when he said how much it was going to cost to replace; then grabbed his Manager for a second opinion. Used Motorola's buy back option saving me close to $200!! Thank you so much! Professional, quick, and painless.

My close friend lost his phone in a horribe car accident and Juilo bent over backwards to help us get everything set back up. He was so professional, knowledgeable, patient, and kind.

Wilmar and Michael are the BEST. They are knowledgeable, kind, patient, and professional. They were able to work through all of my iPhone and work internet related issues.

I would like to give 5 stars to store representative Nathalie Vargas. I had stopped at a previous store about 3 minkes away and they could t help me recover a password. Drive to the Juliet rd location and was created by helpful staff and Ms. Vargas was able to show us how we could fix my daughters phone that was not able to text. She went as far as sharing her contact information and offered to help again if we need it. True customer service!

After initially being aggravated with a couple issues. Brandon had taken care of every issue and resolved all my concerns. I walked out of store very satisfied.

Best experience I have ever had with sales rep Tawanna Concepcion. Coming into store I was very uneasy about the phone experience. Tawanna made the process very smooth I would highly recommend her to everyone.

Awesome franchise store. Helpful as much as they could. The only shiny moment in the horrible customer service Verizon corporation has displayed in the past 5 weeks getting one simple thing corrected after spending countless hours with a dozen field people and another dozen Corp people only still not getting it completed. The business account where the owner and the only authorized person to make changes where I needed to get access to make changes and find out what phone #s and devices are on the bill. I sent a certificate of Death 5, told the story a couple of dozen times, and had the agent say hang tight and I'll get this fixed only to get disconnected and never receive callback, especially making sure the agent had my number before we started. The last agent continued to call me by my business partner that passed away and after politely telling her I'm Joe and Jason Jason is the deceased owner. Along with an email sent me earlier today stating that they needed more information and if Jason could call them instead of me. REALLY ARE YOU KIDDING ME? DO YOU LOG NOTES? DO YOUR PEOPLE THINK OF WHAT THEY ARE SAYING? YOU CERTAINLY DON'T TRAIN STAFF TO PUT THEM ON THE CUSTOMER'S FEET AND ASK HOW THEY WOULD FEEL. I COULD GO ON.
DON'T GET PHONE SERVICE FROM VERIZON THEY SHOULD GO BANKRUPT AND CLOSE LIKE ALL THE OTHER COMPANIES THAT FORGOT WHY THEY WORK AND ARE IN BUSINESS!

David is Absolutely the best employee in this Verizon. He was extremely patient with me. Got me a new phone because mine was always giving me trouble. He definitely needs a raise. I can be a person with a evil temper and he handled me fantastic. Highly recommend

amazing service!! mackenna helped me get my own new line now that i’m 19 and want to be on my own! she got me $540 off of my new iphone 14 plus and she got me a free apple watch! she is really really helpful and i had such lovely conversations with her! the service here is immaculate and i would 100% recommend them to anyone and everyone!

I traded my old phone for a new one. Michael Frey met me at the door and professionally and personally assisted me in selecting a new phone. I can not recommend him more highly, he was very knowledgeable. I have been working with this store for 7 years and Michael is the best! (Plus he's a veteran!) Give him a call to help you. Great Customer Service, very informative, and The Best Franchise store.

Very friendly and helpful reps. Christian was my rep and I went in with a damaged phone and ended up upgrading both my old devices. I left there without skipping a beat I was mobile again. Hardest day of my life ended up having to spoil myself with the new iPad… lol honestly thank you some of us rely on these devices to stay connected… 😁

The guy who helped us, David, was exemplary!
We went there because we needed to buy a more up-to-date phone than the 7 year-old-one that we had.
With zero-sales-pressure, David thoughtfully and clearly showed us our options. I had incorrectly presumed that we 'needed' to buy a model that turned out to be on the high-end, but through patient conversation with my friend who was shopping for a new phone, David helped us understand that she did not 'need' to buy the most expensive one that I was suggesting. David very patiently answered all questions that my very non-tech friend had about cell-phones in general. He never gave us the feeling that he needed to rush us along. He is an incredible representative for your company! Oh yeah, my friend, after some struggles learning the new phone, now loves it.

I had a problem with my phone. I called and spoke to McKenna who was very pleasant to deal with. She was able to fix my problems. Awesome person to deal with. Very knowledgeable and friendly. I highly recommend this company for your cellular phone needs!!
