I bought a used dryer today and it was a good experience and Mason did an excellent job with the delivery and getting them ready for use. Yes I would recommend All Star Appliance to anyone who is in need of a new or used Washer and Dryer.

Things didn't work out.BUT, these people are amazing. Kind, considerate,true to the word, you don't see honesty around anymore. This place is run by angels.

My washer broke and the new part would be $300. Went to all-star and got another (slightly used) for $225 plus tax. And gas driving to Cullman. Def worth it!

The owners are super nice. We bought a dryer in December 2023 and it just stopped heating. The warranty said they would be a month before they could get to it. 😕 Not acceptable for me so We took it back to them to fix and discovered it had been struck by lighting. Miracles do happen.. . Our dryer should have caught fire or electrocute is just to touch it, but thank God that didn't happen!!! They were great and fixed it having to replace several parts for free and saved us around $100. We will use them again should we need any other appliance repaired or have a need for another appliance purchase.

The owners fixed my dryer after lightening struck it just 4 months old. The manufacturing warranty people said they would be a month before they could fix it. The owners of All Star Appliance repaired it for free saving us over a hundred bucks in just parts. Many thanks to All Star Appliance.

Thank you for my used washer, I wished I had saved all my money I spent on my new washer and now have to wait almost a month for it to be fixed. Going to keep this one just in case my new one breaks down again.

I'll come back from vacation and my washing machine is broke it's going to cost more than to buy used one. I started looking online and found All-Star appliance I thought what the heck gave him a call ask him what they had found the perfect washer for me. The customer service is outstanding plus the fact that they didn't charge me anything and wanted to pay me for my old washer. You will not get this customer service from a big box store.

I was told my Samsung large capacity washer could not be repaired by a local appliance repair shop. I placed the washer on Facebook thinking on buying a new washing machine. Jonathan Harper responded on Facebook what he thought was wrong with it and came right out the very next morning. He had machine up and running within a few minutes.
