Despite the pharmacy clearly being understaffed, they are total ROCKSTARS. They always put the customers first. I recently came in for a prescription that was outrageously priced. Before even complaining about the price, the team told me there was an over the counter option for a fraction of the price. Another time my doc sent the perception to the wrong pharmacy. They said it was going to take 1 hour to fill, which I didn't have time to wait because I was on my way to the airport. That team did everything they could to get me it quickly despite the long line of people behind me.

Someone PLEASE get this team more employees...if they can do what they do understaffed...imagine how they can serve and impact the community full-staffed.

I have to shout out the crew in the pharmacy! I’m new to town and this was my first trip to this Walgreens. You can tell staffing is short and they have a lot on their plates. They are very very busy but you can tell they are hustling in respect of their patrons’ time. They’re still super kind and friendly and have great attitudes even under the stress of being understaffed. The service was amazing - though there was a bit of a wait (maybe 10-15 mins) once it was my turn on line they took their time helping me choose a glucose monitor that was right for me and I didn’t feel rushed. Cheers to them - glad to have you as my new pharmacy - thank you!

New to the area and had to transfer my prescriptions from another state. Previously with CVS but couldn’t stand the horrible customer service anymore. Transferred by meds to this Walgreens but my insurance didn’t run correctly. When I went to pick up it was over $1000 They quickly went to action, called my insurance and I walked out with all of my meds for $31. Thank you to the tech and the pharmacist on duty at 530pm on 3/23/23. You have a customer for life. Amazing customer service and compassion. Thank you.

I took a Senior to the Pharmacy and I observed a young pharmacy technician interact with a Elder gentleman. He was very courteous and met the customers needs. He answered him nicely, even when the gentleman kept repeating his same questions. When it was my turn, I got another young gentleman. He displayed the same mannerisms. Great job to the management and Parents. I thought I was at the Chic-filet Pharmacy.

Great staff

Poorly stocked for over the counter (OTC) medical supplies. They have all the brands, but only 1 or 2 items in stock per brand. The diabetic supply shelf was nearly 50% empty. Just one or two items here and there. For example, 3 lancet boxes, only 1 glucose monitor, none of the diabetic shake drinks, etc.

The store seems to be well stocked for everything else EXCEPT OTC medical supplies. They are offering free HIV testing june 27,2023.

I haven’t had a bad experience at this Walgreens pharmacy like the others have had. It is a little bit of a wait if there is another car, but the techs have always been courteous. They called me a week after getting a new medicine to check in on me. I thought that was nice. When I’ve called, they always answer my questions. I’m not sure why there’s so many bad reviews. I hope I don’t get to experience that or they’ve changed something recently.. 4 stars just because it can take a while if there’s a car in front of you. It’s not a quick trip unless it’s just you.

Ok, what can I say customer service is OK, up front when you first come in I've notice the men including Mg. will greet if your thin an a student NCCU. But that's something I've just notice.the pharmacy folks are very good when it comes too greeting an having your meds. Ready when they say.... but if there's an off the wall issue Heck No!im trying to get a patience extra needles, well the main pharmacist tell me the Dr. Office needs to fill out a CMN FORM .. THE OFFICE NEVER RECIVED IT... She faxed it ..it was nor recievd she tells me it may take 24hrs...next day the asst.pharm says that form is for extra stipes.... Wow, the info they give ya they need to get on the same pg.
