AT&T Store

I have never seen anyone multitask so flawlessly, Johnny answered all the questions I didn’t know I had and helped me upgrade to a better plan. Supper friendly and quick to help.

Great service, I had an issue, and they didn't stop until it was resolved. It was a very tricky situation, and they went the extra mile to get it done.

My husband and I went to this store due to data on his phone was not working. Joe assisted us and was wonderful. A new Sim card was needed. Joe was knowledgeable and courteous. Amazing customer service!!!

Got there at a good time. Sales person was very helpful. I got one of the items I needed, but not the other. Too bad the store doesn't have older phones optional equipment, hence 4 star versus 5 star. Not sales person's problem, but the store's. Would prefer buying the equipment from AT&T rather than going on Amazon.

I lost my phone and went in to get a new one. I ordered the new iPhone 15 Pro Max. Richard told me it would be delivered to my house in one week, that it would arrive the following Friday. It never showed up and when I tracked my phone online, it now says it won't arrive until October 20th. So I'm basically phoneless for an entire month. When I go back in to ask the ATT store about it, all the guy that is helping says is "That's not us, it's Apple." or "That is an Apple problem." or "We can't do anything to help you. You need to go to the Apple Store." He wasn't apologetic at all. So I was basically lied to so they can sell a Pro Max and then ignored when I needed help.

Well, we went in to get a new Watch and sat down, put our names in and they said we were next. There were two people waiting on other people. We patiently sat there while they told us they were going to be right back . the manager , Antonio, Walked by us briskly without stopping and asked us if we had one question. and we said , well, we have more than one question, cause we wanted to check the bill also and get the watch . He quickly replied oh then I'll see you after this client . 20 mins later the other salesman finished with his first customer and said to us quickly , I'll be back in one minute - and ran back . And he never came back!! We waited but then after waiting almost an hour for someone to help us, I stood up What is going on ? Antonio replied back with the reply that our question was too disturbing for him and that he would have to finish his other customer and he didn't know how long it was going to take ! He was abbrupt , flippant and rude!! . I said you don't know if it's five minutes or 15 minutes or 30 minutes more to wait ?? he says well maybe around 15 minutes he says, He proceeded to talk about how our question was too involved, and that we asked too much and that he was going to take his time getting to us. And all we said was that we had more than one question he didn't even know what the questions were. Oh by the way, their Internet net was down as well. They didn't even have Wi-Fi. How can a telephone phones store not have Wi-Fi? But most importantly, doesn't he know that the customer is always right? what's wrong with this world today that people that go to work can't get trained in customer service and be polite. There's no reason for him to blame us for his inability to be transparent. Oh, and the guy that said he would be right back had no intention of coming back he went to lunch Antonio matter-of-factly told us well he hasn't eaten all day . I thought well that doesn't take one minute . At that point we proceeded to go to the AT&T on Monterey and Got the watch, set up and help right away .They also go to an affiliate AT&T always go to a corporate fan AT&T

The cost and add ons (which I never approved) that ended up being on my phone were not even close to what Richard in the store quoted me. I had to call ATT to go over everything and get things straight. Also he never told me it would take 3 months for my trade in phone to be credited to my account. He was super nice in the store, but lied about everything. Oh, and they don't answer the phone when you call.

This store has a bad customer service, I went to the store to have my son phone fix, they offer to combine our accounts make it one instead of having two bills fromAT&T and first net and offer less monthly bills, they sell us a package of combined computer, iphone watch and wireless line, Joseph from AT&T promise $110 monthly instead my bills becomes $300 monthly because they fail to combine the account on discounted amount, and close the other account, I ending up paying two bills and higher like I said $300 monthly, and I keep coming back monthly to complain and have them fix it, for 4 months or so, even the manager couldn't help and the only solution they offer eventually was not to pay the First Net and only pay At&T, which is the worst solution. I am in the process now of changing the provider since this store make it worst to keep my AT&T as my phone provider.

Unpleasant experience for start to finish. Should’ve known better.
