The UPS Store

Luis is outstanding. I have always received above and beyond assistance with his help. Whether I am faxing, making copies, or shipping an item - Luis is knowledgeable, patient, efficient. - He takes care of the public and is an example of good customer service. Kudos to Luis. - I recently shipped important technical equipment out of the United States. - UPS did a great job delivering them undamaged, safe, secure to their destination.
- I have always used this UPS store and will continue to do so.
- Everyone at the store works hard to keep things running smoothly. - Kudos to all that work here. - And, Kudos to all the UPS drivers that are under pressure to beat the clock, ensure deliveries are taken care of safely and securely, and are polite to the public.

The staff was as helpful as staff could be. They we're also fair, considerate, and professional.
Supplies are expensive.. but that's understandable; it's there as a last-second convenience.

Went in to return an Amazon package. Luis was able to take care of everything for me. Was greeted as soon as I walked in and able to print my receipt for me as well. Great customer service.

This is the 2nd UPS store I’ve been at today and Michael went above and beyond! He went out of his way to help us and it is beyond appreciated!!! Batavia location should take lessons. We go out of our way not to deal with that store.

It sounds silly but I really love this location. The guys here work efficiently and are always so helpful. Michael was clearly very busy today with the holiday season shipping and was still kind and patient as usual. Thank you Michael!!

Today was my first time stopping into the UPS store. I needed 5 copies of something printed off, a Father’s Day gift. I believe the gentlemen who helped me was Tristan (sorry if I spelt it wrong).

All I can say is that his act of kindness had me In tears as I left.

Thank you for packing and then shipping my great-grandmother’s platters to Hilo, Hawaii! I am happy to report that the two platters- both from the early 1900s - arrived today without the slightest chip in them. Mahalo plenty (as we say here in the Islands)!!! 🙂👍🏼

EXCELLENT Customer Service, Always!

Went in on Saturday Aug 1st about 10:15am. The gentleman behind the counter ( didn’t get his name) was super helpful. The service at this store is great!!

Wow what great customer service! Had to drop off a return for amazon and they took my package, affixed the return label, gave me a receipt and sent me on my way!

Ron is great! He has helped us with a number of projects--from cards to special docs with pictures. He has skills.

They will get what wver you have to where ever it has to go.
