I went for facial products, and Dasia was very friendly and helpful and gave good customer service. I told her what I needed, and she recommended all products that were suitable for my skin type, and I bought the products that she recommended. She's always helpful when I go to this store.

I tried to take the survey online but the site is either down or there is a new method of submitting customer surveys. Without the printed information on the receipt, I'm not sure how to proceed. But I couldn't let my wonderful experience go without acknowledgement. Deja (she said it was spelled like deja vu - cause I asked) at the Pell city store was so helpful and approachable. She knew what was in stock when I asked at the door and pointed me directly to what I needed all with a warm attitude and she even called out that I needed help with the case before I got to the cologne I asked about. 10/10 experience. We love to see it. ❤

I was greeted at the door by a friendly staff. I had called ahead for a product I needed and the item was waiting at the front when I got there! The appearance of the store was clean, nice, and new!

I came to pell city ulta as a hairstylist from ulta in prattville. There are many wonderful, sweet employees here. Kylie the make up artist is top notch as well as Dree, the arch expert. I can't say enough great things about Sara, the salon manager as well. The stylists, Alison and Kesley are below par, unorganized, unsanitary and the 3 stylist together made my work experience a nightmare. The store manager, Rebecca, lacks compassion and is disrespectful. I have shopped here as well and unless I was being helped by Tricia, kylie or Sara. Not that great of an experience. It's to bad that 3 or 4 people can make a whole environment so mentally unhealthy. Bad vibes..

Purchased a gift card for someone 2 days before Christmas. When they went to use the gift card, apparently someone had stolen the numbers and used most of the money off of it. I purchased a card for $200 and there was only $20 left. Be careful buying gift cards from here, because they’ll steal your money, and then tell you they can’t do anything about it. What a ripoff!!!
