I was chasing a matching jacket at two Cato location. I found both plus other items . Cato staff at all location are very helpful. I will shop agony st their stores.

I always have a good experience in Cato with the workers, but today was exceptionally great because Kisha helped me create an outfit for an interview when I was overwhelmed and nervous! Thanks again!

I've had a great experience in the past in this particular Cato store but yesterday I got the worse customer service I have ever received in any store where I shop. I typically will not write a bad review but the way Moe, the new store manager, treated me yesterday was awful. I was asking for a beautiful dress displayed on one of their posters. She didn’t want to answer any of my questions or offerer to see if another store had it. Instead she just told me her store will be closed in a minute. I was ready to look for other items but I left the store immediately. Sorry, but I will never shop in this store again.

So y’all just close the store whenever despite the posted store hours?
